Company Overview

R Fioretti Plumbing & Heating is a comprehensive plumbing and heating service provider. We are skilled in the service, repair, and replacement of hot water heaters, steam boilers, piping systems, well tanks, water softeners, filters, faucets, tub and shower valves, toilets, garbage disposals, and waste drainage systems. We also provide gas line services for appliances such as generators, cooktops, fireplaces, and chimney liners.

A significant part of our work involves custom remodeling and renovation projects. We are experienced in new home builds and light commercial spaces, such as salons and department stores. For these projects, clients or contractors typically hire us to manage all plumbing aspects. We take on comprehensive jobs, especially in bathroom renovations. Who better to design a bathroom than a seasoned plumber? As we work to take on more of these jobs, please understand that we are a small company and may not always be able to handle complete renovations. If we cannot take on a job, we will gladly refer you to a reputable contractor we trust.

R. Fioretti Plumbing and Heating was founded in 1981 in West Orange, NJ, by Rick Fioretti. Rick entered the plumbing trade after high school, learning from his neighbor's father, who owned a small plumbing business. Rick then worked for a company owned by two brothers for several years. All of these individuals remain in the trade today, demonstrating their lasting success. After obtaining his NJ master plumber's license in 1981, Rick started his own business and has been thriving ever since. After over thirty years and raising four children, he moved to Sparta, NJ, in 1994, while still serving Morris and Essex counties and adding work in Sussex County. In 2017, as two of his three sons joined the family business, we rebranded to R. Fioretti & Sons, continuing our tradition of quality work under a new name.

In 2003, as a junior in high school, I (Daniel, the youngest son) started working for the company during the summer. Upon graduating in 2004, I knew I couldn't envision a different career. Though I had options like becoming a professional athlete, doctor, or lawyer, the rewarding aspects of plumbing hooked me. In 2009, my brother Michael decided to join me in the plumbing business. Who knows, maybe one day the oldest brother will trade his engineering degree for a plumbing career. At 31, I am dedicated to updating and growing the business to meet 21st-century standards. I was trained by the best in the industry, and Michael received the same quality training (despite not being my twin). I’m a proud dad to a little girl, and if you hire us, Rick will be more than happy to show you her pictures if he’s around... I promise! I promise a clean, quality job executed properly; we have more than 35 years of proof!
