Paula B.Went there two times with a faucet issue. Absolutely had no credible answers. The guy literally walked away from assisting us and didn't even listen to what we were asking him. One time he shook his head before even listening to the question. I'm not sure, but I thought customer service was supposed to be at the top of the list. Won't go back there. Actually found our answers from a guy at Lowe's. Maybe you should send your counter guys there to be trained better on customer service!
Derrick G.0 rating. do not use your hard earn money to buy
rubinet products from rf fager. (fagers is side stepping again). product has life time warranty. but the ceo of rubinet, canada will not honor it. and persons that represent fagers will not honor it either. no help what so ever. what does life time warranty mean? bought all rubinet bathroom fixtures 2007, had to replace them 2010, due to satin brass finish coming off. now i'm in the same situation. fagers or the rubinet companies will not replace. i paid $2500.00 for the fixtures in 2007. will not deal w/fagers ever again............................
I have used Fagers on numerous occasions for various Plumbing/water issues. I have found that they are always helpful and have a large inventory of parts. Bonus, they are open Saturday until 1 PM.
Employees were knowledgeable and helpful but you will pay for it. My furnace was broken and kids were cold they had the part but at double the normal price. It was late in the afternoon and didn't have time to shop around or order online but wow I can see a markup but double the price. Lesson learned last 320 bucks they will get from me. Will never go there or recommend them to anyone.
Let me start by saying, I am not a full-time plumbing and heating professional. I spent about 10 years working for a plumber in my late teens and early twenties. I know what I know, and I know my limitations. But when you walk to the counter at Fagers, unless you have ""ABC Plumbing and Heating"" on your shirt, they treat you like dirt. Very Condescending and Rude. And I've seen this with other customers, and with people on the phone. I went to Will call the other day, with slip in hand. The bearded guy behind the counter, who I have unfortunately dealt with before, was too busy eating his fidgsicle to be bothered by me. I showed him the slip, and he quickly said ""I don't have anything for you."" Long story short, once I finally got him to move and actually look, the parts were in a cart literally 8 feet away. Then I had to dal with a mess because apparently I paid for parts that I didn't want to pick up. Unfortunately, at times they are the only ones to stock certain items that I need. But whenever I go in there, I always dread it if I need to deal with the Counter or Will Call
Aaron S.Great supply house for HVAC, plumbing and electrical. More suited to the commercial contractor than average homeowner on the supplies and parts side. The showroom is definitely for retail (kitchen and bath) and the average consumer. Great selection and average prices.
This place is very busy on the Supplies side and that's where I spend most of my time getting material for work and personal needs. It helps we have an account and get a slight discount off retail.
Fager's always has what you need with 2 convenient locations.
Thomas D.Have been dealing with this company for over 30 years. Always got the best help and products. If you need a special configuration for plumbing or heating the guys at the counter can always supply the right parts. Returning items is no problem. Fixtures are a little pricey but the quality is there. Doing a remodel of a home and needed a bath tub and surround and looked at the ones from Home Depot and Lowes but they were not the quality of the ones Fagers carried. I also got the plumbing fixtures where are stainless steel and not the plastic ones offered at the other stores.
Very helpful and very knowledgeable staff, willing to find my best solution rather than what will make them the most money. Have tested our water for free a couple times, and have suggested good people to service our pellet stove.
I was recommended by Ken from Husbands Helpers to purchase my fixtures from Rf fager in York, PA. The customer service was very helpful as they helped my Husband and I pick out everything we needed to get. My Bathroom came out great.
I have been a fan of rf fagers for many years. I recently purchased a commode there that Lowes, Home Depot did not have and i needed a certain size that only Fagers had. However the mechanism that keeps the water in tank did not work properly. I live far away and did not feel like making the drive to exchange as it is a design problem. I bought a universal (flapper type) and now the commode works like a champ. Just glad they had the size i needed. Or i would have been .... out of luck. Literally.
