Ron came out to help fix a whole house humidifier water leak from one of the fittings. Did a great job replacing the leaking plastic with a copper line and helped fix the actual filter housing to stop another leak.

We had a cracked drain pipe in our basement. The guy we had (Ron) ran late (which happens), but he still showed up and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, we have an elevated bathroom in our basement and he was forced to cut through the floor to get the pipe section he wanted removed. Good thing he did this because the crack was much longer than i thought. Great work done and they didnt charge us as much as i thought it would have been. I was expecting 1500, but it was 975. Highly recommend bkth the company and Ron.

We called Bondurant Plumbing and Heating after months of using another plumbing company who was unsuccessful in repairing our baseboard hotwater heating system that kept getting airlocked. During the initial visit, the technician was not able to diagnosis the cause of the system getting air-bound (not surprising since the previous company had made repeated visits without success), but instead of just guessing or throwing up his hands, he had his supervisor come out and together they inspected the entire system and problem-solved. They came up with a reasonable plan and made sure that we were on-board with the steps they were taking to address the issue. The work was performed quickly and the technician, Ian, took the time to make sure that we understood what was replaced and why, and assured us that if there were any issues they would be back out to work to get it right. Two months later the system is still working perfectly. We highly recommend Bondurant due to their professionalism, honesty and integrity from their office staff to their technicians. Thank you!

Everything is great with this team. They're punctual, they're COVID conscious, the prices are fair and the work well done. We had a major sewer backup. It turned out it was really deep (don't use flushable wipes people!) and some of the clog was missed. The drain line backed up again in about 36 hours. The team was right back out fixing the issue without additional charges. You can't beat that kind of honesty and professional warrantied service.
