We called Bondurant Plumbing and Heating after months of using another plumbing company who was unsuccessful in repairing our baseboard hotwater heating system that kept getting airlocked. During the initial visit, the technician was not able to diagnosis the cause of the system getting air-bound (not surprising since the previous company had made repeated visits without success), but instead of just guessing or throwing up his hands, he had his supervisor come out and together they inspected the entire system and problem-solved. They came up with a reasonable plan and made sure that we were on-board with the steps they were taking to address the issue. The work was performed quickly and the technician, Ian, took the time to make sure that we understood what was replaced and why, and assured us that if there were any issues they would be back out to work to get it right. Two months later the system is still working perfectly. We highly recommend Bondurant due to their professionalism, honesty and integrity from their office staff to their technicians. Thank you!

Everything is great with this team. They're punctual, they're COVID conscious, the prices are fair and the work well done. We had a major sewer backup. It turned out it was really deep (don't use flushable wipes people!) and some of the clog was missed. The drain line backed up again in about 36 hours. The team was right back out fixing the issue without additional charges. You can't beat that kind of honesty and professional warrantied service.

I live in Media and have been using RF Bondurant for two reasons: 1) They are a family owned local Media business with integrity. 2) They are honest about their pricing and make sure the job is done right. There are many plumbers out there, but RF Bondurant makes it a point to make sure the customer is happy. I had them replace my faucet and sink trap/water valve. They were extremely attentive when I had additional questions concerning the work performed. Rick Bondurant is a stand up gentleman. Incredible service - Bondurant sent someone the day before Christmas Eve, then arranged to replace the tankless water heater in our rental property at 8am on Dec. 26! Ian did a wonderful job, then came over himself later that night to make a temperature adjustment. Good communication from plumber and office, and friendly service. Pricing was also very fair, especially given the speedy response.
