I live in Media and have been using RF Bondurant for two reasons: 1) They are a family owned local Media business with integrity. 2) They are honest about their pricing and make sure the job is done right. There are many plumbers out there, but RF Bondurant makes it a point to make sure the customer is happy. I had them replace my faucet and sink trap/water valve. They were extremely attentive when I had additional questions concerning the work performed. Rick Bondurant is a stand up gentleman. RF Bondurant is top of the line and I will continue to use them with confidence.

Incredible service - Bondurant sent someone the day before Christmas Eve, then arranged to replace the tankless water heater in our rental property at 8am on Dec. 26! Ian did a wonderful job, then came over himself later that night to make a temperature adjustment. Good communication from plumber and office, and friendly service. Pricing was also very fair, especially given the speedy response.

$190.00 first hour. What a game, The faucet guy arrived and he had to leave and buy the part which was a cartridge for our bathroom faucet ? Not in his truck which was loaded with parts ??? Total bill $215.00... If I were you I would stay away !!!

Thank you Bondurant Plumbing for going the extra mile to get a warranty enforced for our indirect water heater. They installed the new tank and came back the next day when there was a problem with the new tank calling for heat. Everything now is working and we have lots of hot water again.... Thanks to the techs and this company....

The team at Bondurant Plumbing in Media PA 610-566-0288 is prompt, professional, and super clean when they do their work. I have used them on a few jobs so far and they are great. From a difficult plumbing leak, to a simple fridge ice maker line, they can do it all. I met the owners myself and it was a good fit for me. I own various properties and they are my go to plumbing moving forward. Give them a call as you will be very happy.

I lived in Havertown for 7 years and have used Bondurant Plumbing many times. Each time they have been very reliable, honest, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. My first experience was a few years ago, when I had a toilet that would run so loudly at night that it would wake me up. I called and spoke to Rick who was polite and friendly, and he got a plumber scheduled. The serviceman showed up exactly on time (which is rare for contractors), answered my questions, and then diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also took care of some small repairs related to my heating system.
Then a few weeks later, my bathroom faucet started running uncontrollably and emitting a high pitched whine. Rick scheduled me at 7am since it's the only time that's convenient for me on a work day. And again, the service person showed up right on time. Most businesses give a 4 hour window and then are late or cancel, but when RF Bondurant schedules a time, they get there ON TIME. The faucet needed replacing (it was there since my house was built), and the service person had everything already on the truck... 20 minutes later, I had a new faucet. And once again, he did an odd-job related to my heating system.
I also had Bondurant Plumbing back a few additional times in the last year for various plumbing repair work (including a cracked sewer line) and have always been happy with the speed and effectiveness of their work, as well as the very reasonable costs.
A few months ago I moved to a new house in Chester County and Bondurant Plumbing was extremely helpful in fixing various problems we inherited with the new house including faucets, toilets, drains, and plumbing related to the radiator heating system. I decided to have a whole house water filter system installed and Bondurant Plumbing was able to handle that too and they managed to set it up in the crawl space so it's totally out of view. After several visits to solve all my plumbing problems, I thought I was finished with everything but yesterday (Thanksgiving) my master shower stopped draining. So I sent them an email and I was scheduled the same day, the plumber appeared on time, and was able to clear the line (which I spent an hour trying to do with a coat hanger... don't try this, just call Bondurant Plumbing)..
R F Bondurant is a nice family business that is very pleasant, reliable and efficient and I highly recommend them to anyone in Delaware County or Chester County with any kind of plumbing or hot water/heating problem.

Got an estimate but went with another plumber as this was the highest quote of the 3 plumbers we interviewed for the job.
Very prompt communication though.

Will re-consider for future jobs. Seems reliable (and often you get what you pay for!)

This was the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. They took money and never completed the work. The work they did do was horrible and water came through the ceiling from upstairs bathroom twice after they said they had fixed it. After purchasing pluming fixtures that they said were the best they replaced it with inferior products that cost a third of what I paid. They refunded nothing and in fact kept money for work they never did. On top of that not one permit was pulled with the township of Middletown....how did they get away with that do you suppose? Save your money a three year old could have done better.

Leaking water from loose hose, which I missed. Bondurant did come out right away, but charged $125 for tightening the hose.
