I would never use RE Glenn ever again. They were used as a subcontractor on a project for our bathroom. I really should've used my regular plumber as we asked pricing and they said they would get that to us and never did before starting the project. Needless to say, we were OVERCHARGED for a simple project. I would NEVER recommend or use RE Glenn!!!

Russell and his team are flexible, on time, and focus on quality. I've had a bunch of complex gas line moves, copper re-routing, and even simple angle stop replacements. And even though I'm a novice and don't understand everything, they are helpful, respectful, customer service oriented, and fair in their pricing approach. That's tough to find in the plumbing profession these days. I couldn't be happier.

Russell responded quickly to an emergency leak and had it fixed ridiculously fast. He was friendly, pleasant and was very neat. Even cleaned up and offered insight into another plumbing issue. Finding a good plumber has proven to be challenging, but Russell was great. His rates were even very reasonable. Definitely scheduling him for some future work.

Joe from Glenn Plumbing did a terrific job installing my Reverse Osmosis water filtering system....this involved cutting a hold in my new quartz countertop which he did flawlessly. He also installed the system and hooked it up to my refrigerator's water and ice-maker. He also stuck around to test that everything worked without any leaks. I would highly recommend these guys!!

Alphonso came out with 2 different assistants and they installed a new bathroom vanity top, new faucet and toilet. The weather was cats and dogs rain, and the guys were very professional and tidied up. We had some water damage and they were called in to do the plumbing work. I have never used this company before, but we are very pleased with the work they did. Nice people who do quality work.

R E Glenn plumbing is fantastic! I had a garbage disposal issue and everything, from contact to completion of service was superb. I was given an initial show up time of between 8-9am, which was great considering I didn't have to wait around for hours waiting for someone to show up. Alfonso showed up at 8:15 and was out of my house by 8:40. Due to my circumstances, I only had time to let him in the house. Alfonso cleared out all the stuff under my sink and mopped up any water. Not only do I have a brand new garbage disposal, Alfonso also helped me clean up the mess from the last disposal. R E Glenn Plumbing quoted me a great price and when you add in the great service, it certainly makes the unbeatable! I will definitely use them again in the future and definitely refer them to anyone who needs plumbing done!
