Washer/tub/main line all backing up, gave them a call and had a guy out here in about 15-20 minutes. Fixed it all in about an hour for a better price than the other plumbers I called. Highly recommend and will always recommend them. Thank you!

I hired these guys to solve 4 problems for me (shower leaking, slow filling toilet, sticking handle on toilet and leaking toilet). The only problem they solved was the sticking handle by putting a new one on. They promised 3 times to call me back with the parts I need for the other 2 toilets and never did! I ended up paying $366 ($122/hr) for a new toilet handle and installation of it. Be very careful.

I want to start off with saying the receptionist, Christina was super friendly and professional! Great customer service! I had some bathtub drains problems and Andrew from Difoggio came to save the day! Andrew was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient and solved the issue in 30 min. I highly recommend Difoggio plumbing!!

Had my sewer line cleaned had heavy tree roots. They added a cleanout and jetted the roots out. The guys did a great job and showed me what they were doing, the pipe looked very good. They are reasonable and good people to do business with.

Young man named Andrew just left my home. He installed a new kitchen faucet. This young man was not only a professional plumber but had a considerable amount of good manners. He is at the top of thoughtfulness and respect. When job was completed he cleaned up after himself then inquired if I needed any help returning the items on the counter back under the sink. Customers BEWARE! Do your homework BEFORE you hire him to do work at your home or business!!! We had a leak in our office bathrooms, the owner Sam told us he charged $125.00 an hour, he sent an employee out, mind you they are 6 blocks from us. The employee spent 10 minutes here and changed an aerator on our faucet. He wanted to charge us the full $125.00. THE WORST PART WAS THE NEXT DAY OUR BATHROOM FLOOR WAS FLOODED AGAIN! They never fixed the problem. The owner Sam got on the phone literally swearing and screaming at us and told us they are not coming back out to fix the problem after we already paid. I should have learned my lesson a few years back when I had a drywall leak in my office and they said it was coming from a toilet upstairs and charged us $250 to change a toilet seal. Same thing, next day the ceiling was still leaking and it had nothing to do with the toilet seal, it was a leaking pipe in the wall. Sam wouldn't give us a credit for the toilet seal and wanted to charge us full price for the repair of the pipe in wall. Sam the owner clearly does not stand behind his work. I can also include pictures of how they left our bathroom and I also have a receipt. he said he's glad we are still having issues and laughed and hung up on us. He's not professional at all. WE ARE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Had a blocked sewer line that was ""fixed"" 5 months ago by another plumber. Yesterday it became blocked again (tree roots). DiFoggio arrived as promised and did a thorough job. They changed only about one-third as much as the other plumber and we much more personable Even gave us the old folks discount (5%). Very pleased and impressed.

We needed sudden plumbing services for our 1/2 bath and called
DiFoggio R Sam Plumbing Sewer Company this morning not knowing what to expect. Here is my review:
1. The person on the call was extremely courteous and they told me someone would be out to see the issue in 30 mins even though I mentioned it is not disaster but a minor leak (I was surprised and happy to get immediate service).
2. Right enough within less than 30 mins I get another call from Dave H. to let me know he will be at my place in 10 mins.
3. Dave arrives on time (I am already getting a good feel of their customer service) and inspects the issue, provides an estimate before he can begin the work- he also tells me he has the parts to start the work right away (great! this will get done quick and I don't have to miss a day's work).
4. Dave begins the work and calls me to examine the current situation and his analysis was right! I take pictures for my history
5. Once the work is complete Dave called out again so I can go over and have a look, it was a neat and clean job and everything worked as expected!
6. Dave was courteous and kind, he also described the issue in layman terms that was easy to understand and provided tips and preventive measures.
7. They say if you are good to people; good comes right back. I totally felt that today. Thank you Dave H. and thank you DiFoggio R Sam Plumbing Sewer Company for excellent service and your professionalism.

I own a condo in a multi-unit building, our condo President has been using R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. for multiple years so when there was a problem with plumbing they were referred to us from our President. The problem was on the first floor but since it was an outside pipe it was affecting all three floors, my unit being on the top floor. I received a call from my 86 year old neighbor letting me know that she needed to call the plumber because she was having a backup in her kitchen sink. She called and had an appointment for 10am the next day, Tuesday, so I took the day off of work and sat with her when the plumber came because I didn't want for her to get taken advantage of. Justin from R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. arrived at 10am and looked at the drain and was able to rot the pipe quickly because the sewer was directly outside of her kitchen window and it was a short run. Justin was done within 45 minutes, we asked for a price quote and he let us know that he was not able to provide us with a price nor an invoice but that they charge x amount per hour and that since we were under an hour we wouldn't have to pay the entire amount. We were very happy about this and thought that it was great that he was able to fix the issue in such a short amount of time. When we received the bill from R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. three weeks later we were billed for 2 hours so I called their office and was told that they would look into this and call me back. I didn't receive a call back so I called again and spoke with Sam who told me that the plumber was there for 2 hours and so we needed to pay the full amount. I let Sam know that I was there and that Justin was there for only 45 minutes and asked that he call Justin to verify this. Sam told me that Justin was on a job, that our condo President said he was there for 2 hours and that he wasn't dealing with me anymore. I let him know that the condo President was not there when Justin was and that I was there the entire time, he said well I am only dealing with the President and you can call her. I called her and let her know what had happened and she was able to call Sam back and have our bill readjusted. I would not recommend R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. to anyone, I feel that they took advantage of the situation because of an elderly lady and Sam was caught because someone was paying attention. They won't provide you with an invoice and they don't mark their start and end times on their invoices which is a poor practice. If you challenge their pricing and the hours that were worked Sam just won't deal with you which is also a poor practice. I will not be using DiFoggio Plumbing again in the future.
