I had a ball valve go bad. It leaked all winter. The good people at R-Chee sent me Ken. He used all of his experience, talent, and a lot of his tools to make the situation right. I now have two new ball valves, the leak has stopped, and Ken taught me a bit about plumbing and life. Good folks at R-Chee. I recommend them.

I didn't know this level of customer service existed until we engaged with R-Chee Plumbing & Heating. No one likes having to figure out who to work with or who to trust, especially when it is an urgent need. We have had several various issues solved PROMPTLY by them. HUGE kudos goes to Jake - his communication skills, knowledge, and customer service exceed our expectations, time and time again. As a homeowner in Hull, we are SO thankful we found R-Chee. My soon to be 90 year young husband fell backwards on the toilet in his bathroom at midnight last Wednesday which resulted in flooding prior to turning the water off and moping up. I called R-Chee the next morning at 8 AM and we had a beautiful new comfort height toilet installed that afternoon. R-Chee never ever disappoints us and always fixes whatever the problem is. We can't recommend them highly enough...seriously. If it's fixing a kitchen sink faucet, garbage disposal, clogged bathroom sink, whatever, all work is done ASAP and perfectly. The estimate over the phone was $200. I had a toilet that rocked but didn't leak and a toilet that ran and the handle stayed down. Midway estimate was $350 plus or minus. Final surprise $818. But toilet didn't flush well as it had before they touched it. They came back to fix it and fixed the handle and said I would have to hold down the lever to flush fully.

They even charged me for the time to process my credit card and it took them 2 tries to get it right. Stupid me paid it. Lesson: Just because it's in writing, doesn't mean it's not negotiable. I asked why I wasn't notified they would be going over the $350 estimate. Too busy plumbing they said.

When I told them I was writing a review, they said they were going to sue me for slander.

I was flying from Florida yesterday to my house in Cohasset. Had just found out that heater was down at the house. I was on FB, in the boarding area waiting to board, on Hull Happenings and I see someone needing heater repair ...name was posted! I called, someone actually answered the phone! Told him my problem, he said he would be there in 1/2 hour...., had son meet him at house, fixed the problem......perfect everything....especially him answering the phone.......no one picks up the phone!
