Service is great. Unfortunately, a worker came into my house while very ill (started sneezing after a while and then when I asked, told me he was really sick). Three days later, I tested positive for covid. There are smarter, more respectful practices than this. I'd just ascertain that no one is ill before they enter your house.

Jake and team were involved in a major renovation of our historic home here in hull and did a wonderful job! We have continued to call on them for other projects over the years and they never disappoint. Easy to work with, responsive and get the job done right the first time :-)

Fantastic to work with! Excellent service! I called Sunday night to leave a message for a routine job... they called back Monday morning and I couldn't take the call... I totally forgot to call them back but they followed up with another call an hour or so later. They were able to come that afternoon. Great job!!

I really appreciate how responsive R-Chee has always been any time I call them, even on a weekend. My system is oddly placed and not easily accessible which might deter some companies but not them. I find their prices quite reasonable and they are always friendly and professional.

I had an odd experience with them to start. They sent two people out to fix a small problem (Jake and another guy). Jake fixed it, the other talked with me. I understand that multi-plumber teams are more the norm here than elsewhere. The fix was relatively fast and correct and has stayed fixed.

The bill arrived and it was not cheap and rounded up to the nearest hour from about 45 min. the invoice noted that I had to clear all reviews with them, which is an odd and completely unacceptable and not enforceable requirement.

So I took up a wide range of references. Many swear by them, but note they are not cheap but are fairly available and responsive. Some had slightly odd experiences and did not go back.

On balance, I can see trying them again, but the language on the invoice is off putting.

I had a ball valve go bad. It leaked all winter. The good people at R-Chee sent me Ken. He used all of his experience, talent, and a lot of his tools to make the situation right. I now have two new ball valves, the leak has stopped, and Ken taught me a bit about plumbing and life. Good folks at R-Chee. I recommend them.
