After consulting with the manufacturer of my toilet, I found that all I needed for my toilet was a new flapper ring .They send one to me without charge. I hired a plumber from Carrozza to install the flapper. After the simple (about 10 minute) installation the plumber left. I used the toilet and found that it didn't even flush now, and
I called him quickly telling him that the toilet was worse than when he started, he came back some time later. He explained that what my toilet really needed was more than the flapper, I needed to buy a new flow intake valve,which he would get for me. Then he would return and make the toilet work. He changed a water setting in the toilet so that it now worked, but not perfectly. I got another opinion and with a simple adjustment to the water intake, the toilet was fine. When I called the company to complain they were uninterested in helping or listening. I do not recommend this company.
