Unfortunately for us we experienced a fresh water leak from underneath our concrete driveway! Really sucks....

Living in Rio Linda, one of my first phone calls was to RCI Plumbing in Rio Linda. I spoke to a nice lady who assured me they would let the tech guy know, since I had to shut the water off to the house.......we had no running water to the house as I told her it was sort of an emergency, but stable since I turned the water off at the meter.

Well, I never got a call back from RCI or their repair guy. I called the next day and was told they were really busy, but they would get a message to the repair guy to call us.

Long story short, we never got a followup call back from anyone at RCI....not from anyone!

I get they're a large plumbing contractor and our problem, while serious, wasn't important to them. I wish someone at RCI Plumbing had the courtesy to at least call and say sorry pal, we're too busy or the job is too small.

Fortunately, I didn't wait for these guys to not call back and called Trenchless Plumbing who took care of the problem as quickly as they could. Very expensive repair, but it's done!

I was recommended a technician from this company and I was very pleased with the results. I had a water heater that was acting up and they trouble shot the situation and serviced and repaired immediately. They were personable, knowledgable and timely.
