R Box plumbing saved us once again! We had leak coming from under our sink and took a video of it. It looked like it was coming from our garbage disposal. I reached out to them and they said it would need replacing. I asked a few questions and they were very patient and answered them all. The prices were comparable to what I've seen and Alex was available to come the next day. He called me to let me know if he could come early and when he got here he confirmed the issue. He said it would take 45 minutes and he was actually done earlier than that. He even taught us how unclog the new disposal. Always happy with their service and even talked them about our future projects!

Contacted various plumbers via Yelp project (an excellent feature of Yelp) and got responses from several (including R Box) within an hour of submitting the request (even on a Sunday).
Alex from R Box was prompt in all of his responses, clearing communicating when he will show up and his ETA and also update on teh work after he was done. While he mentioned that he would charge for the initial diagnosis, (like every other plumber), he could not find the root-cause after ~45mins of testing: so he said that he would not charge until I call him if / when the leak shows up again. Quite disciplined.
I will be sure to use their services when I need another service.

I needed a bathtub faucet cartridge replaced and Alex gave me a quote to replace the cartridge without needing to do an in person inspection. He arrived on-time and the cartridge was replaced in a quick and efficient manner. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I have found my Go To Plumber without even meeting him. I left my whole house fan on without opening a window. I was getting Sewage gas coming up through my shower drain and toilet. I knew it was probably due to the P traps having researched google. I so appreciated an answer to remedy my problem over the phone without even being charged for it. I thought it was so kind as the plumber was working at the time to offer a free solution without even having to come to my house.. I was quite worried about it and I so thank him for his kindness which so often is hard to find these days. Thank you, thank you thank you and you have my Business forever.

Quick response! Pleasant, punctual and knowledgeable, provided efficient, excellent service and reasonable prices! We had an old porcelain undermount bathroom sink that was in terrible, rusted condition with clips that had rusted solid making it very difficult to remove. It had an old faucet, too so both needed to be switched out for the new copper drop in sink and better Moen faucet I'd bought. He also cleaned his whole work area nicely before leaving. Took him only an hour to do the job from start to finish, and he hauled away the old sink and faucet for us, too. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
