Sunday Sewer Emergency!! Found R&B on Yelp after we were unable to get a hold of our normal plumbing/sewer folks. Reuben came out (arrived even before his estimated arrival), assessed the issue, rodded our sewer pipes and was in and out in less than an hour. Very efficient, gave us a warranty on the work in case we gave any issues in the near future. Very happy customers! Thanks Reuben!!

We've used this company quite a few times since moving into our new house that had a good deal of plumbing/water issues. Ruben has been absolutely amazing. We found them based off of reviews after going through a few companies through our home warranty that we were dissatisfied with. Ruben has continued to surpass our every expectation! So kind and considerate, as well as incredibly skilled, honest, and knowledgeable! I never thought I'd find a plumbing company that cares so much about others and repeatedly makes the comment that they'll take care of you - and they do! They actually care about quality and about people and they are such hard workers. So pleased and so impressed - never going through another plumbing company after finding them!

We had family visiting for 2 weeks and it was after hours when our ejector pump went out and we had water in the basement. Called our regular plumber and no one answered so I chose RB online and 2 guys were here in 20 minutes and replaced the pump and didn't even charge us the after hours rate. We were very pleased with their service and think we've found a new plumber!

I'm sure there are great experiences out there; however, I had a specific job to request, and I was basically no-bid because the work would involve a bit of additional manual labor due to space constraints on the south side of my home. I could not receive an estimate even though I asked for one.

I will say that the owner did come on a Sunday to take a look at the job, which I did appreciate.

Ruben replaced the water line going into my house and did an excellent job. If you're looking for someone to do a great job at a reasonable price, he's your guy. Highly recommend!

I called RB Plumbing after trying another plumber who wasn't able to solve my problem. We recently purchased a townhouse and our inspector told us that the hot and cold water lines appeared to be reversed in one of our showers. In addition, the water pressure was low throughout the house. The first plumber pulled the shower mechanism apart and told me that we needed to switch the lines and replace the shower cartridge. He didn't have the cartridge with him so he put everything back as it was without fixing anything. He wanted me to call him back so that he could order the part and then try to figure out the water pressure problem. I ended up paying him over $200 even though he had not resolved anything.

I didn't feel comfortable with the situation so I called R B Plumbing after looking at Yelp reviews. I explained the situation to Ruben and we set an appointment for Saturday morning. He told me that if I really needed a cartridge that I would be able to call and get the part free since it was a Moen cartridge and they offer a lifetime warranty.

When Ruben came out he fixed the shower very quickly. The problem was not that the hot and cold water lines were reversed but was caused by the handle being installed improperly. There was nothing wrong with the cartridge. After he completed that job he started to try to figure out what was causing the low water pressure. He systematically eliminated certain possible causes and then isolated a couple of possible problem areas. Ruben had to get to his other appointments so we scheduled a follow up meeting during which he plans to finish tackling the problem.

Ruben's total bill for over an hour of his time was $95. This was only slightly higher than the $89 I paid to the other plumber just for showing up. Ruben even told me that we could keep the bill open until he figured out the water pressure issue so that I didn't have to pay him anything yet if I didn't want to.

I can't recommend R B Plumbing highly enough. Ruben did everything right. He took the time to understand the problem, he explained his thinking as to how he was going to solve the problem, and he was always suggesting ways that we could solve the problem at the lowest possible cost. He fixed the shower that the other plumber couldn't and his bill was significantly lower. My impression is that he approached the problem at my house exactly as he would approach a problem at his own house or at the house of one of his relatives. If all business owners treated their clients the way Ruben does life would be a lot easier for everybody.

Sewage water was draining into my drain tiles and discharging into my sump pump. Was worried that a section of my sewer pipe burst under or near my house. Called Ruben around 9 am and he was at my house by 10 am. By 11 am my issue was fixed. No burst pipes, just tree roots blocking my sewer line through several clay pipe connections. Water was draining through the same clay pipe connections and into my drain tile system. Through the whole process I was kept well informed and up to date on what was happening. Ruben even sent me video via iPhone. Cost was very reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RB Plumbing & Sewer Inc.
