I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Plumber/Co-owner Randy arrived late to appointment. Enter the residence without making introductions and shoved calendar in my face. When I asked for a name, I was told to read ""his shirt"". I was then verbally assaulted by no named colleague. This company doesn't know what customer service is and doesn't deserve a star for a rating. I hope their business ethics and morals improve for the sake of future customers.

Randy and his team did a really good job on removing and replacing a new pipe for our home. Their price seems to be very competitive to others. So far everything is working great. I'd use his service again in the future. Thumbs up!

I've used this business for years and really trust them. They are fast and efficient, no B.S., with reasonable prices. I called today, January 2, and they were here in half an hour, snaked out the drain, and were gone in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

My wife and I purchased a house in 2001 and at the time had just had the water heater replaced. After 15 years we thought it best to get a new one. I looked at our water heater and there was a sticker on it by the guys that originally installed it so I gave a call to get an estimate. I felt $1300 was a good price because the best water heater I could get would be from Lowes for about $800. Then I would need to install it. (I'm a landscape contractor and know that for many things Lowes is great, but things like a water heater are best from a plumbing warehouse). The guys arrived within the time frame they gave me, and easily changed the water heater out in less than an hour. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I'm glad I called them and will definitely call again!

My landlord had them come on a Thursday because our toilet turned into a fountain and flooded the bathroom. We are on a septic tank so it's pretty disgusting. They snaked a line they said and claimed it was completely fixed. Well come Monday and my whole bedroom is flooded, all of our brand new wood laminate is damaged. Now they did come back out however now I have over 1000 bucks in repairs to improvements I've done on the apt out of my own pocket, all because they didn't do the job the correctly and thoroughly first time and of course it's not their responsibility!!! I hope their business ethics and morals improve for the sake of future customers.
