My landlord had them come on a Thursday because our toilet turned into a fountain and flooded the bathroom. We are on a septic tank so it's pretty disgusting. They snaked a line they said and claimed it was completely fixed. Well come Monday and my whole bedroom is flooded, all of our brand new wood laminate is damaged. Now they did come back out however now I have over 1000 bucks in repairs to improvements I've done on the apt out of my own pocket, all because they didn't do the job the correctly and thoroughly first time and of course it's not their responsibility!!! I hope their business ethics and morals improve for the sake of future customers.

awesome job on my bathroom sink! my house is from 1948 so Gary and Randy had to do some trouble shooting but they got my sink fixed!! so happy! other idots ez plumbing didn't show up. Gary and Randy were very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing and Gary says doing this for 26 years and my sink was so bad he had never seen anything like it.. They fixed my issue and right before xmas so that I will have another bathroom to use for 14 people coming over for dinner. Totally call this company first and don't waste your time like i did calling other morons!!!!

I called them for a weekend job that my contractor messed up. They were prompt, professional and offered to do an inspection of all of the other plumbing that the contractor did. They found 2 glaring issues that needed immediate attention and fixed all of the problems for a very reasonable fee. About half of what I was told it would be.
All in all, he was the best plumber I've ever worked with. I have nothing but good things to say about R.B. Nelson Plumbing! They will definitely be my Riverside plumbers in the future!

Top notch service. Extremely professional and courteous. Sadly I called another company the day before and was quoted insane pricing for a liner and given the run around on why I needed this 12,0000 job. I called RB Nelson to give a second opinion and bid. This is when I knew I made a huge mistake calling the ""Nationally"" recognized company the previous day. RB Nelson showed me on the video camera that the line that was supposedly ""cleaned out"" yesterday still had huge clumps of roots in the pipe. Nelson was able to able easily finish what the previous company could not. Nelson also quoted a price at less than a third of what ""Nationaly"" known company quoted. Any ways I will definitely use Nelson again !!
