I used this company in April of 2020 and had a good experience. So, I recently referred a family member to them. They said they would be there at 8am the next day. At 10 am, they were called because the tech was a no-show. They said they'd check on the tech and get back to us. It is now 1:15pm with no return call. We hired another service who is already on site.

Our bathroom had all lines clogged. Called R & B and they were here very promptly. The technician, Michael, was very courteous and very professional. He determined where the clog was and cleared the line very quickly. He explained what he did and gave advice on what to do to try to avoid this happening again. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any future issues. I recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thanks again for for the great job and the great service!

We were having a floor drain issue in our basement and I called R&B line opening. They came once in the morning and fixed the problem. The young man was nice and the prices were very reasonable. Later in the afternoon I had started a load of wash and as soon as the washer drained we had water pouring from a pipe further up in the basement. I called R&B back and they sent somebody back out immediately (within a half hour). He worked so hard and was able to locate the clog and clear it. I was charged nothing for the 2nd trip back. I am so very appreciative of this company. We truly take water for granted. I will definately call them again if I ever have this type of problem again. Thank you R&B line opening.

What kind of plumber leaves their trash behind? Literally left behind two black trash bags filled with sewage, trash and pipes. Can I charge them for clean up?
