This company replaced heating ,a/c and water tank in my home. After 5 years
water tank leaked and still under warranty. Came out twice charged $ 250
didn't solve the problem. Call the office twice refused to come back and did not answer my calls.

This is my second review of R A Styron after my third service call. I keep receiving the same level of service every time I need them. They are polite, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient. The company has NEVER tried to overcharge me in any way and always offers fair pricing. The technician, Mr. Brooks is always on time and explains every step. I will keep R A Styron as my go to provider for quality HVAC servicing as I have for the last 9 years. Thank you R A Styron for quality service!

We had been customers of R.A. Styron for 9 years but not anymore and unfortunately it was a costly $700+ lesson. We had a full heat/ac system put in 9 years ago and at the time were told it had a 10 year parts warranty. So when the ac broke we were surprised to get a bill for almost $700.. I asked for a breakdown of parts/labor to which I was told they only charge flat rate fees. After multiple emails I finally got a breakdown and almost $600 of the bill was parts which should have been covered by the warranty. When I contacted their office about the warranty they could not find the receipt and said they don't keep records that far back because they have so many customers it's hard to keep track. Mr. Styron tried to tell me that companies didn't offer 10 year warranties on parts 9 years ago. I told him I called Trane directly and they said our system did have a 10 year warranty but the system had to be registered within 60 days of install and often the installer handles that registration. Mr. Styron then said oh yes there is a 10 year warranty but you had to register it, not us. Then he claimed they only installed a heating system not an ac which was weird since he said they didn't have the paperwork so I'm not sure how he all of a sudden had knowledge of our purchase. Of course my paperwork showed both heat and ac had been installed 9 years ago and I emailed it to him to which he said he would call me back once he received it. 30 minutes later I get an email saying it was my fault for not registering it so it's not covered. We were told by him we had a 10 year warranty at purchase and at no time did he say we needed to register it to get that warranty. In addition, they charged us an additional $89 for a technician to go out that same day when the system wasn't working hours after he installed the new parts. Mr. Styron was very friendly and pleasant when we were ordering the system, but changed his tune when we wanted him to honor the warranty he had promised at install. His office did not register the system nor tell us to and he never said there were conditions in order to get the 10 year warranty at purchase. Lack of office organization? Poor customer service? Lack of knowledge of the system installed? Whatever the reason we will no longer be using R.A. Styron and unfortunately it was a very costly lesson.

Spoke to a young lady that was unwilling to assist. I simply needed a quote to replace a part for my heat pump. Had model # and serial # in hand along with the part I needed replace and all she kept on saying was that they needed to come out here.

Not willing to go the extra step over the phone so assuming not willing to go the extra step when working on your repair needs. Avoid this company.

They were able to come out the same day i called but didn't have a way to give a receipt immediately and asked for me to give my credit card information over the telephone. A little sketchy. Also he didn't wear booties while in the house but neither did I! Told me i have less than a year left with my current ac. But overall fast, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will use them again!

My wife and I came home to a house that had no AC whatsoever, immediately we called R. A. Styron. They checked out the problem, gave us an estimate, and came back the next day. The workers had impeccable manners, and got the job done quick, and right, but the best part is that the didn't brake my wallet. Good job guys!

RA Styron Heating and air conditiong has ben working our system for more than six years . They have done work from just a service to major repair they have ben outstanding with all of it . They do the same if it is just a check up or a major upgrade . We will continue to use them for our heating and ac work . If you need work on your heat or ac give RA Styron a call you want be sorry they do good work for a fair price
