I cannot say enough good things about RAS Plumbing, especially Bernie - he is the man!! We had a plumbing emergency and our main sewer line was backed up about 6 months after we moved into our house. The plumbing was completely unusable and we were displaced for 4 days. Bernie came out the same day we called and couldn't get the problem fixed. We ended up having to call the county to come out and see what was going on - well Bernie dropped by the second day (totally on his own free will) because he ""was worried about us and wanted to check if we needed help."" Still couldn't get it fixed but was able to see we had a major blockage of baby wipes and something else (there from before we moved in). He came back AGAIN the next day and worked tirelessly to remove, what ended up being 2 feet of roots!, and cleared the line. He literally saved us from having to hire construction to dig up the asphalt and replace the pipes. So, so, so grateful! We will definitely use RAS Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs, including regular maintenance.

I called RAS Constriction & Plumbing to inspect/replace a sump pump. Even with the El Nino coming, they did not give me the brush off or say they were too busy to handle my issue.
Bernie came to my house. We inspected the sump pump and decided to replace it. Bernie called ahead to a plumbing store & luckily, they had one sump pump left in inventory that would work. He drove over & got the sump pump and came back and installed it, which did take expertise. He also checked it to make sure it was working properly. At the end of the job, he noticed the fitting for the hose bib was eroded and was not working. He was also able to replace that! Bernie was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. -- Sue
