My natural gas hot water heater's blower on top sounded like a bag of marbles was inside of it any time it was venting those nasty gases you don't want to breathe. I called up Ron that morning and he and I talked and agreed that since the water heater was end of life it wasn't worth spending the parts and labor on a new one and to just replace it.

He provided me with two different types and their cost and was able to come out same day (morning!) to install it and was out by lunch. Ron didn't mind that I price checked or went over his work before writing the check.

He does a good job, cleans up after himself, and doesn't try to upsell you on maintenance plans like the big shops in the area. Won't overcharge for parts and is honest on labor. I highly recommend him for any other work you may need done.

Ron was quick to respond when I needed an A/C repair. He showed up, gave an estimate then one hour later presented me with a bill that over 30% less than the estimate! There was a minor problem with the repair, but I called Ron and he showed up within a half hour. He fixed the problem and now my house is nice and cool! I would definitely recommend this fair, honest and hard-working business to all my Norristown/East or West Norriton friends!
