Ray the Plumber just finished replacing the toilet flange and stopping the leak in two toilets in our bathrooms (he even straighten our toilet seats, who knew?). I've gone through many plumbers over the years, and Ray is BY FAR the best. He has my highest recommendation! Ray is experienced, professional, fair, and patient in explaining what he's doing and why. He knows more about his craft than any of the numerous plumbers I've used in the past. A gifted tradesman and a good guy, too!

Had R.A.K come to my residence to repair a main line leak. Never in my life have I been more disrespected in my own home than when R.A.K, specifically the owner Ray, come out to do the repair. The entire line needed to be replaced because it doesn't meet California Plumbing Code standards and all he did was put a short piece and two couplings to just repair the spot where the leak was. Then after I stated that the entire lines needs to be replaced not just that piece, Ray became belligerent and stated I didn't know what I was talking about and that he didn't need the extra stress. After requesting that he leave my home, he stands in the street by his antiquated and rusted out plumbing van and says ""lets handle this right now and come fight me, we'll both spend the night in jail.""

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING REPAIRS OR WORK! They don't know the plumbing code, are disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

We have used Raymond Kwartz of RAK Plumbing several times and could not be more delighted! I don't know much about plumbing, but I do know service, and this man delivers in spades.

He returns calls quickly, shows up when he says he will, he doesn't sell me services I don't need, and his rates are VERY reasonable. We use him for our home and our rental home, and appreciate his honesty and courteous, professional approach.

Wish more trades professionals had these characteristics. Highly recommended.
