Not sure where to begin with this company. Very frustrated so I'll start from the beginning. Which started about 2 months ago. I was promised two WiFi thermostats. I only got one. They left wires in the floor. My two year old son found one and gave it two my pregnant wife. I was at work so my pregnant wife had to clean up after them. One of the guys was smelling like alcohol while at the house. They unplugged my freezer in the garage. Left it unplugged. About 500 dollars worth of food went bad. What ever purpose they used the outlet for burned the out let. Now the whole outlet doesn't work. When I confronted the owner and the apparent manager their first response was """"my guys couldn't have done it. They didn't even go in the garage."""" Their was a patch in the ceiling where they cut it to run the pipes. When I point that out they get quite but dont acknowledge the lie. The newest answer was they were their briefly. About one month of non cooperation led to their manager coming to the house with promises of how to resolve the situation. We had some sort of agreement. Finally felt a little peace this movie was going to be over. He said they are going for training that week and would contact me next week. I was ok with it. About 3 weeks later they contacted me. We set an appointment for the manager to come. After discussion he took back everything he said and said it's not my call it's the owners. I asked him so everything we discussed last time was irrelevant? He literally said """"yes"""". LITERALLY! Manager was frustratedly that he """"is the monkey in the middle"""". And pretty much acknowledged that the owner jumped the gun and handled the whole situation wrong. Now two months later the owner of the company is recording me on the phone while asking trick questions and saying that my fridge was already not working and trying to build a case. And coming up with multiple other lies of occourances that did not happen between me and his manager. And when I confront his lie. The response is """"well it's my word against yours"""". The owner is trying to intimidate me with lawyers after blatantly being wrong the whole process. So that's where we are now. I wish I went with the other Company American air and heat but this guy convinced me with his lies and now I'm dealing with this. A complete nightmare!!!

Had these guys out to fix an AC Condenser unit that would turn on. They showed up right at the start of their window - which first off - is unlike most companies these days. When they gave a quote of the costs after inspection of the unit - they included the variable costs so that they gave a range. I appreciated that - because many companies give a cost then charge you more because they didn't consider the variables. It ended up costing less than the initial quote - so I was happy. No matter what else you read - these guys have been fair and honest to me. I was referred to them as a fair an honest company - and that's exactly what I found them to be, in addition to prompt, courteous and technically capable of handling the job. I think you'll be happy if you go with them. By the way my profile seems to be locating me in CA - I'm in East Orlando, so don't think this is a bot review.

I had R&A complete a repipe on my home and everything went great. Frankie and his crew came in and got to work. They worked clean , professional and explained everything. Also wanted to note they where the 4th company that provided me a quote and hands down had to go with them, there price was competitive and made sense.

We had issues with our HVAC plenum and called R&A. They sent Tech Ryan who did an amazing task at repairing it and did it so as it were his own HVAC. I would definitely recommend Ryan and R&A for HVAC repairs.

Luis was absolutely amazing. He and his team worked with our contractor, Oscar, on a renovation. They did everything step by step and included us in each procedural step. These guys are amazing!! We had them install a Mitsubishi Dehumidifier on our lanai. They were here within 2 weeks of the quote being given! They took care of getting the permit, turning in the warranty paperwork to Mitsubishi, and contacted the inspector to check it out and sign off. That's the business side of it.... There were 4 guys here to do the installation and every one of them was not just professional, they were personable as well... Hard to find in most businesses now! They took no breaks, and completed installation in a couple of hours.... And then.... they totally cleaned up any mess that was made!!! Amazing! Before leaving, they actually spent time and gave us basic usage instructions. Please, consider this company .... You won't regret it. They are Awesome!!

I have been struggling for months with the air drying out too much in my house which is crazy in itself living in Florida. I had another company out and they had no answers or recommendations and said nothing they can do. I called R & A Industries for a second opinion. I called in the morning they came out the same day, made some adjustments and gave me some options. They were very professional, helpful, listened to my concerns and took the time to really check things out. I would highly recommend this company very knowledgeable and great customer service.

I wish there was a way to pick more than 5 stars! We were having the worst time getting our plumbing fixed by our landlord and they sent out 2 separate companies who were unable to locate and fix the problem. We even had to go to a hotel one night since we had no running water. Then Taylor from R&A Industries came to save the day! Not only did he come way after hours (9 pm) but took our situation very seriously and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on. He was very knowledgeable and literally fixed the entire problem within 20 minutes!! We were so amazed and we couldn't be more grateful! I will be recommending R & A to everyone we know!! Additionally, their dispatch and customer service department were such a pleasure to work with and kept us up to date on everything! Thank you so much to this company!

I called another company and paid the $89 diagnostic...then was quoted over $2400 to fix an AC motor and other parts. When I did a quick check on the part(s) which was $300-500 for the part and they couldn't account for the additional costs to equal the quote I got frustrated and called R&A. Donna listened and worked to schedule a super quick time for them to come out. When the tech was running bit behind, I got a call from Donna letting me know! (Great customer service!!!) Upon arrival, the diagnostic came back that the parts that where originally quoted from the other vendor were not correct. Ended up getting a new AC motor installed by a super friendly and professional tech (Chris)... final bill was $900. R&A was prompt, professional and a life saver. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! On the plus side they didn't try to upsell me for random services and overcharge for B.S. parts/service.
