Second time I've used Ray. It's a one-man business so it may take a couple of days to get an appt but so worth waiting for. Honest, efficient. Great diagnostic.

Very irresponsible and not reliable at all. I had to keep calling them to see when they are available to come in. They promised me to call back on one day but never did and this back and forth happened multiple time. So I had to find someone else to come in again and re do the back flow check ups. It wasted our money and our time! also we had another company come in to retest, and they tested both devices and both passed the test and were perfectly fine! So R.A was just trying to get money off of us which was very unprofessional and unreliable! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I have used Randy Hart for two jobs in the last year or so. I've been so impressed with his work that when I found he didn't have a listing on Yelp, I had to add his company in hopes to bring more business his way. Prior to finding Randy I called several plumbers who's advertisements said ""free estimate"" but then when you talked to them they said that they really couldn't give any kind of free estimate and there was a trip charge whether I use them or not. I really wasn't OK with that because my first problem was low water pressure in the house for hot water--I had no idea what that was going to cost and didn't want to pay someone $80 just to tell me I needed a new water heater.
Luckily I found Randy and he came by and told me the estimate was truly free and there was no trip charge. Their business is in the same city as me, so I suppose that helps but in checking things out he found out that the intake water pipe for hot water was filled with limescale. Replacing that fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. My fear of a $1000 job was less than $100. The second job was a bit more challenging. A leaking shower faucet I tried to fix myself left me frustrated and lost. I got over my ""do it yourself"" machismo and called Randy and he helped me out by getting Delta faucet company to mail all the parts I needed right to my home at no charge. Once those arrived he had fixed the leak in less than 30 minutes. Another job I expected to cost me $300-$400 was $125 out the door.
You'll probably talk to Nadine in the office if you call. She's really friendly and both of them return calls. A lot of time you do get the voicemail though, so it's good to have Randy's cell number which you'll get from his business card.
If you need a good plumber, I certainly recommend Randy and his company. My house is now 12 years old, and things are just starting to fail. I'm hoping Randy will be around to help with any of the unfortunate future plumbing problems I'll have.
