BEWARE - came out to snake my toilet after 37 years of living here. Damaged the ceramic floor behind the toilet and else where and the whole floor on the toilet side is now slopping that way. They are claiming it is the wood under the ceramic, but I will hire a contractor to check it out to see why slopping. The ceramic was damaged regardless and I believe the noisy vibrating compressor brought in separated the floor joints on both sides. Not a responsible company when they do damage. BEWARE. Sent someone out to check it out and he shut the door for 20 minutes in there alone and did more damage to my ceramic. Plus had to put a black plastic lift under toilet in back to hold it up now. Damaged my door as well. Thank God I took pictures of my whole floor before hand and have cleaning girls that help me since I am now in my 70's. Loved that ceramic and now damaged:(((( Also cut my finger on the damaged ceramic and have a little scare left from the bleeding wound. See the picture of some damage and plastic lift and door damage and scare cut still hurts.

I had this company give me a quote on my plumbing problem with a water leak underground. They told me it would be a month before they could get to our job I put half the money down and one month later I called to see when they were going to be out they told me they were behind due to worker shortage and they could not do work for 2 more weeks. After waiting two weeks I called them (because they did not call me) and they said for sure they could get to me in two more weeks. Today they called to tell me they could not get to it. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is no way to treat people or to run a business.

I find them very responsive, but I think their plumbers are hit and miss. The first guy we used was fabulous. The second guy that we paid to come out and reinstall our kitchen plumbing missed doing the dishwasher and really looked like he was struggling with installing the faucet.

I send Quint a message on Monday and a couple hours later I got a phone call from them to set an appointment up the next day. Two guys came over at 9 am and they did a great job fixing the problem that I was having. They also did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. They both were very nice and answered my questions. They are a great company! I will call Quint from now on when I have a plumbing problem!

Our condo has a ""lift station"" sewer system that has given us lots of trouble for the 14 years I've lived here. Quint Plumbing has been there for us on multiple occasions with quality work at a fair price. We have found them to be responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

Amazing! They were very polite on the phone and very quick to respond. Someone was out in an hour! I have had a rough day with plumbers and one never showed up when he was supposed to be here at 1. I called Quint and they were able to get someone out super quick. The man who came was very nice and informative. I saved the number in my phone and this will be the only plumber I use now because of their service.

Questioned high charge for service call to repair a leak where the water line goes into the tank. Found out the plumber charged us for 1.5 hours of labor when he was in the house for less than 45 minutes. Will not call this company again; they were not apologetic. They explained they had to charge the minimum one hour service call which I would have been okay with until I found out how they tried to rob me.

Quint Plumbing attended to my plumbing needs in my basement. They came out on the day and time that they were supposed to and didn't charge me any hidden *travel* fees that some of the bigger plumbing companies charge. The plumber snaked my drain and gave me real answers about what was wrong without trying to get any extra money out of me. The best part of the company is that they sent me a bill in the mail and didn't expect me to pay on the spot. When I got the bill, it was the exact price quoted to me. I am a person that has been ripped off by plumbers before but I felt that Quint was there to help me, not rip me off. Overall, good prices, good service, good advice. I've only used them once so hopefully they continue to provide good service.
