While an A+ company per the Better Business Bureau, my wife and I were promised prompt service yet received nothing of the sort.

Called for a quick-and-easy water-heater adjustment and was told a plumber could be over within a couple hours. That time came and went, whereupon we were told that our issue would have to be addressed the following day at 9am. By 11am, still no plumber... dispatcher said, ""Oh, he's not there yet? Really? Let me call him!""

Noon: Still no plumber. Firm message left with dispatcher's voice mail - perhaps they were out to lunch? Too bad my wife couldn't go out to lunch; she was stuck waiting for a plumber. 1pm: ""He's STILL not there? Let me call him again!""

Turns out the plumber in question went to the wrong appointment, and it was a doozy, requiring his presence all day. Thanks for nothing, Quinn P&H; we shan't be calling you again.
