I called Quincy Plumbing and heating after calling a drain cleaning company that couldn't do the job. Barry was great to deal with, and promptly came to look at the job. After he looked at it, he promptly scheduled the repair. Everything came out great, and I can't say enough about the service.

These guys were amazing. Said they would be there at 9:00. 9:00 Sharp they pulled up (most people get lost in our complex and have to guides to our home). They were in and out and gave us a couple of options and let us choose. Great company!!!

I was desperate to get my leaky kitchen faucet fixed. I just picked this company's name from the Yellow Pages and was so glad I did. I spoke to Barry who was pleasant and professional. He asked me to send pictures of the faucet so they could see in advance what they needed and also asked me to explain the problem. He sent one of his plumbers over within an hour. He and his helper were quick and efficient. If you need a plumber, call this company.

I took off of work to meet with them over two weeks ago. They said I'd get the estimate in a few days. A week later, having heard nothing I left a message on their website asking if maybe it got lost and letting them know I needed to get it from them. I waited another week--No reply, no estimate. I called them and talked with the woman who answers their phone and told her I was waiting on an estimate, BUT also wanted to change the scope of the work just a little--she said she'd give the owner my number. I let a full day pass and called again she said ""I gave him your number"" I told her I have not heard from them and if they don't want to do they work they should please let me know so I can find someone else. Not a professional way to to do business.
