I just spent over $3000 trying to get my mom-in-law's mobile home's plumbing fixed. I called Quik Rooter who I had used one other time. BIG MISTAKE! The toilet still leaks (brand new), the garbage disposal (supposedly new) still doesn't work, the clean dishwasher now has mud and water in the bottom, when the disposal switch is turned on, a light in the bathroom goes off. I had rushed to get a check as he said the owner ""needed"" it right away and our accountant gave me a paper to sign which Mike said they never signed any of those papers and he wasn't the owner so he couldn't sign it. He said he'd see the owner and bring me the paper Friday (3/16/18) but I haven't seen any sign of him. Very poor service and attitude.

STAY AWAY! This company doesn't believe in getting a job done. We have a clogged sewer line in a pool house that had roots grown into them. The shower and the toilet were draining very slow. They came out, gave us a price to fix it and we paid it. It turns out they didnt run anything down the shower the first time out but they did do the toilet and cleared the main. The toilet flushed great after repeated flushes but obviously the shower wasn't draining. We asked them to come out and do the shower, they reluctantly did and pulled up more roots. After they left, it turns out that they also shoved some roots down and clogged the main again!!! Now the toilet is backing up into the shower! They told us if we want them to clear the main again we will be charged the full price again! Making a customer pay double for THEIR mistake is NOT a company with any form of integrity! Before we contacted them, we had some slow drainage. After, we have poo in the shower and ZERO drainage. I'd like to add that they didn't clean up their mess both times. Very disappointed.

When we called these guys to clean out our leach line, all they wanted to do is sell a complete new system. They showed up to put chemical in the leach line to clear it out, but insisted that it wasn't going to work. Completely unprepared and showed up with no tools. When the guy doing all the talking when to put the lid back on the septic tank, he just flipped it over and cracked the corner off of it. ""That won't hurt anything"" is all he said. When we called the owner to tell him about the lid, he said he would send someone up that week. Still haven't seen anyone and a return call to owner got the response, ""well I just thought if we ignored it, you'd go away"". DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

""QUIK ROOTER"" SUCKS!!!! they are thieves! they charged me $150 just to come out and tell me they couldn't do the job, that they would have to come back and finish tomorrow and they want to charge me another $150! When i called them to ask if $150 was reasonable for nothing being done i was told ""It was for the gas""
So to save you time and money don't call them!!!
