Needed repair/service during the Covid19 pandemic. O.M.G. I soooo didn't want anyone in our small condo where I have an extremely vulnerable family member! Especially strangers! Have been keeping everyone away for over a year and now this. :(
Hard call. Had to be done. Made several inquiries as I wanted to hire a plumbing technician who has been vaccinated. So glad I found Quick Rooter! At the top of the page, it clearly states the company Covid-19 updates. So I made the appointment. These guys are pros, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Followed all safety protocol, wore masks and gloves, explained everything to me and got the job done in a professional and timely manner. All at a very decent price plus warranty on their work. You will not go wrong here. Thank you Quick Rooter!

The technician showed up within the appointment window that I was given. He was very polite, professional and kept me informed of what was going on the entire time. He took the time to explain to me afterwards what he did, and answer any questions that I had. Another great thing was that there was no hidden fees. We recently moved into our new house to soon after find out that our toilet and tub was backed up. Anthony responded very quickly to the quote request on Yelp, when he made it out he was wearing a mask, very professional and friendly. Got rid of the problem quickly and at a fair price. I called and was told that they could have a tech at my place in less than an hour. Junior arrived in about 30 minutes and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through what he was doing and the issues he was encountering. He has been a plumber for years and his experience shows. I am always weary about hiring someone when I am in a crunch, but Junior was fair with his pricing and got the job done. Thanks!!!

Quick Rooter is a great company and Anthony is a nice person! I have problems with my garage laundry pipe and toilet. Anthony came very quick and gave me a estimate with a fair price. Anthony recommend to snake my laundry pipe first before opening all the ground so I won't spend unnecessary money. He is a very honest and great person.

Needed emergency help with a clogged house drain at my uncle's house in Long Beach. They came quickly, a little earlier than the time they quoted, did a great job, charged us what they had quoted, and it was less than a couple of others we had called. Seems like a family business with the son of the owner doing the work. Would call them again for preventative and (hopefully unneeded) emergency work.

Had a problem with my running toilet & I'm not a real handyman. Went on the internet to find a plumber that was close to wear I live & happen to find Quick Rooter on here. Read the reviews & really notice all the positive comments; took a chance to call them & I'm glad I did. Anthony received my call & was very helpful. He said he will send somebody out in 45 min....Jorge was the one who showed up for the job. He was also very helpful & very upfront with everything. Recommended what I needed to do. Had to get a new toilet to replace the one I had (finding out my toilet was a very old 1 piece model & that they really don't make them anymore). Jorge came the next day along with Anthony to help out. They did a great job & was quick, professional yet very thorough. I definitely would recommend them. Loved that they showed up wearing a mask. Our technician was efficient, clean and courteous and also provided education about how toilet seal are SUPPOSED to be done, and did it right. Great service!
