I have used this company several times over the past few years, at work & home. They have always been great until this past year . They quote you one fee and charge another. They charge $150 just to come out and over charge for parts & labor. The last time I used them at my office I said to myself never again, the are robbing me blind. Well today I needed a plumber for my home, I called Anthony because I do like him as a person and he told me someone would be at my home at 8am. Sal showed up at 8:40. The guy Sal tells me he needs to remove the toilet to do a good clean out tells me it will be $200, I say ok because it needs to me done. He does it, he calls me in the bathroom he tells me that there was no real big clogs, my pipes are old they're galvanized and things get stuck on the things that grow in pipes. I call Anthony to pay he tells me it's $289 I said what happened to the quote of $200 he said oh well he had to put a wax ring In there and you weren't there for him to talk to you so he just went ahead and did it.

At this point I'm outraged my daughters home, she's 25, they have my phone number they could've called me $200 to $ 289 for a wax ring also my toilet still is not flushing I asked Anthony what's going on with it, I sent him a video. He said oh you need your valve changed if you want we can come back and do it. Keep in mind nothing was wrong with my valve before. So since you're putting on a wax ring and doing things without my authorization why didn't you fix the toilet and just put the valve on, yes I would've been mad but at least it would've been fixed so they came out wanna charge me $289 and my toilet is still not working. Oh and when I called Anthony he told me that Sal told him the line was full of wipes, Sal called me in the restroom showed me the drain pipe never once mentioned wipes the only reason Anthony mentioned those is because I told him when I called to make the appointment I think my son flushed wipes, so now he's lying and telling me that the line was full of wipes when Sal called me into the restroom showed me there was not one thing in there. I proceeded to tell Anthony that I am going to send him a check for $200 he tells me if you do that do not ever use my services again which I don't plan to and then he tells me I know the office that you work at, you guys make so much money. Why does it matter how much my office makes, is that how you charge us because you think that we make so much money. This is ridiculous I will never use this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

And then he just called me to tell me he would stop by for payment. I told him not to do that as I have a another plumber coming out. Then he proceeded to cuss at me and tell me he is not going to wait weeks for $200 !! This guy is money hungry and too much for me. It hasn't even been 24 hrs & he's hounding me for $200, I told him I would mail the check. So sit tight Anthony it's coming, I do not lie.

Thanks for the review. I'm glad you were able to see all my satisfied customers over the past 20 years. Not bad. 1 bad review. We'll take that all day every day.. Lol

Our kitchen sink started to get clogged again. We go through this once or twice a year at the home we're leasing. Anthony contacted me that same evening and was here the next morning on time. I appreciate the quick response, and he cleared up our sink fast. He explained to us the problem and I'll be letting our landlord know what he advised. His estimate was reasonable and I will definitely contact them if I have this problem again or if my landlord will take his advice on a more permanent fix. I highly recommend contacting them first!

You don't ever need a plumber until you need a plumber. I had a water heater failure several days ago and was having a time even getting plumbers to get back to me. Some were days out from being able to quote, others came by but didn't compel me to offer the business, and one wanted $65 to come give an estimate.

Today I called Quick Rooter as a result of another Yelp search and Im glad I did. From the jump Anthony was on it, he assured me he would have someone here in 45 minutes and sure enough like clockwork his son Anthony Junior showed up. Junior was cool, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They earned my business with fair pricing, promptness, professionalism, and ultimately a great install/product. There was another gentleman (trainee) who came and did most of the install, great job young man! From the first time Anthony and I talked it was a mere 3-4 hours before a shiny new Bradford & White water heater was serving my family some much needed hot water. Great experience with these guys today! Thank you!

Hard call. Had to be done. Made several inquiries as I wanted to hire a plumbing technician who has been vaccinated. So glad I found Quick Rooter! At the top of the page, it clearly states the company Covid-19 updates. So I made the appointment. These guys are pros, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Followed all safety protocol, wore masks and gloves, explained everything to me and got the job done in a professional and timely manner. All at a very decent price plus warranty on their work. The technician showed up within the appointment window that I was given. He was very polite, professional and kept me informed of what was going on the entire time. He took the time to explain to me afterwards what he did, and answer any questions that I had. Another great thing was that there was no hidden fees. The quote that I was given was the price that I paid. I will definitely use Quick Rooter again.

We recently moved into our new house to soon after find out that our toilet and tub was backed up. Anthony responded very quickly to the quote request on Yelp, when he made it out he was wearing a mask, very professional and friendly. Got rid of the problem quickly and at a fair price. Will definitely use quick rooter again if we encounter another problem!

I called and was told that they could have a tech at my place in less than an hour. Junior arrived in about 30 minutes and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through what he was doing and the issues he was encountering. He has been a plumber for years and his experience shows. I am always weary about hiring someone when I am in a crunch, but Junior was fair with his pricing and got the job done. Thanks!!!

Quick Rooter is a great company and Anthony is a nice person! I have problems with my garage laundry pipe and toilet. Anthony came very quick and gave me a estimate with a fair price. Anthony recommend to snake my laundry pipe first before opening all the ground so I won't spend unnecessary money. He is a very honest and great person.
