I have been try to connect with this company since before Thanksgiving to fix a leaky toilet. They will not come after 5 and when I call I get their answering service. I finally speak with the lady that answers the phone with the name Diamond and tell her I can get Friday off (as a nurse getting someone to cover for you is very difficult). She schedules me today for 9am. I even have the call log on my phone to prove I did call her. Keep in mind she pick the time not me. 9:36 I call and ask what time they will be here since it was supposed to be 9 she apologizes and says ""I don't know why it did not save in my system I apologize I can have someone there at 9:30, I tell her it's 9:36 already we both chuckle still no worries on my end at this point. She tells we she will dispatch someone to head my way. Now this is were it gets ugly, the owner Anthony Ficara calls me to tell me he has full schedule and will not be able to ""fit me in"". I tried to explain to him I had a standing appointment after speaking with Diamond in his office. He says and I quote"" I DON'T BELIEVE YOU""! That's right he actually said that to me. I DON""T BELIEVE YOU!!!! People make mistakes I understand that but to actually call me a liar is so far from what I consider customer service. I know if he or any of his family ends up in the ER I have no excuses I do my job even if it is a 12 hour shift with no lunch and time to go home I DO MY JOB. It was hard to get someone to cover for me to simply fix a toilet. I have the call log on my phone to prove I made the call to his office. My homeowners warranty is who sent them. I have told them they are to never dispatch them to my house again.

We called Anthony at 8:00 AM for a sump pump failure and water in our crawl space. He came out to inspect the issue within a couple of hours and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We agreed and they were pumping out our crawl space by 1:00 PM and finished installing a new sump pump by 3:00 PM. Great customer service and even better performance. We are now going to have them back to give us estimates on replacing some old lead plumbing in our crawl space.

I highly recommend you call them for any reasonable, professional and prompt plumbing needs you may have.

Quick Relief Plumbing fixed both a broken pipe and a blocked main line for us. They worked very quickly to resolve our plumbing issues which was important as we were without water and a toilet when the issue presented itself. Anthony and Scott worked on our problems in a friendly and professional manner. They laid out our costs up front so we knew what to expect. Plus they were working in non ideal conditions since we had freezing rain and temperatures on the day the work was done. They never complained once. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing need.

A month into living at our house we discovered the grinder pump in our basement stopped working. We were really anxious after finding out that it wasn't covered under our home warranty. No frills, no spills - 2 weeks ago, Quick Relief Plumbing originally handled a home warranty call I had for low flow in all of my home faucets. Anthony F. was very honest and professional about the work - including what the warranty probably would not cover. This was important because I needed to understand what additional costs I would have, and he explained everything to me. He made quick work of what he could fix and gave me a fair quote on what the warranty would not cover. I appreciated his professionalism, the speed as which he worked, and his honest opinion on what needed to still be done. I immediately decided I would have QRP come back out and do the needed work. I met the ""other"" Anthony when he returned a few days later to complete the work. During this visit, Anthony L. took care of what needed to be done, made time to take care of an additional concern I had, and even showed me how to do some maintenance on my water heater.

From a customer service perspective, I was extremely happy with my interactions with them in person. Sometimes on the phone, they can sound a bit short with customers - maybe even ""annoyed"" but I wasn't bothered by this because I know they are always busy - especially this time of year. I do believe they have an answering service now which is nice for after hours calls, etc.

Bottom line: in my opinion, they get the job done, they are fair priced, and they will come out within 12 months if I'm not happy with the work or if I notice any leaks/problems. That's 5 star service to me.

Is this plumber still in business? Recently, he installed a water heater, garbage disposal, installed some piping, etc. We tried calling him twice and also tried texting him twice with no reply from him.
