These guys are the best, I call them frequently to help with my contracting business, they're organized, punctual, fair priced, and fast!

They came twice to fix the swamp cooler, charged $700 and it is still not working and leaking water on the roof. Very poor service quality.

Spoke to Jared who was UNBELIEVABLY helpful!
He answered right away and took care of my leaking pipe causing water damage.
Pricing was more then fair compared to 2 estimates that I got from local companies.
I highly recommend quick Quality Plumbing to all my friends and family.

Quick quality plumbing my ass. It took you two days to fix the issue we hired you to do, and then it all started leaking a few days later. You came back and blamed it on us. We had to hire a different plumber to come fix your shoddy work and it was 1/5 the price. I can't recommend staying as far away from this crappy, dishonest company enough. Call Told plumbing. They won't screw you over.

Called a few different Plumbers to get prices on trip fee's to come look at a water heater that is no longer putting out hot water. The first few are saying replace, replace, replace. How much you say, 2k to 4k, Are you kidding me?? Then I called Quick Quality Plumbing. They can be out here today AND there's no trip charge for coming out? Sweet! After about 10 minutes, Jared, is able to get it working by the touch of a hand and some awesome customer service! His diagnosis: A $385 kit that will get it working great in no time! All I have to say is, ""You're Hired!"" So grateful to have met an honorable person in such a crooked industry!

Worst customer experience I've ever had. Quoted $150 over the phone, then told $500 at the first appointment.
6 cancelled appointments. There were two appointments where each Zach and Jared did show up hours late, and both left the installation incomplete both times. Zach tried to leave with the unit leaking and said he'd have to come back in 48 hours. My husband caught him and said he could not leave it leaking. He stopped the leak, but by that time, there was water everywhere, including that it had seeped into the carpet in the hall.
We had only been in our new home a couple of weeks and had renters coming to look at the basement apartment, so you can imagine our distress.
My husband asked Zach if he was going to clean up the water before he left, and Zach said he didn't have his towels with him. So he left. We used six large towels to soak up the water on the floor. We also had to go buy a large fan to try to dry out the insulation on the walls. The fabric covering them had soaked up quite a bit of water.
We wasted extra money spent on a concrete drill rental, as the appointments kept getting canceled last minute.
After calling and voicing our concerns to the company, the owner reached out and said he would come make it right. He came and saw the installation and said it was done very poorly and that he'd have to fix it. He said he didn't have the parts and would have to come back. He never did.
In the end, the Aquasana whole house water filter and salt-free softener was not properly handled, flushed, or installed. After two weeks, the project was never even completed.
Why did we keep trying with them? Three times they canceled saying there was a family emergency. We're not unkind people, so we kept trying. After the last emergency, I never heard back from the owner, even after multiple texts.
Ultimately this was a huge waste of time, set our filter installation back by weeks, and put our home at risk.
Save yourself the risk and hassle and go with a different plumber.

Amazing Service!
I had a toilet that wouldn't flush. After I tried to plunge and snake it myself without any success I called Quick Quality Plumbing. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and with there professional snake they were able to reach deeper into the plumbing. To my surprise out came a toy that one of my grandkids had obviously thought would make a great submarine.
Professional, Clean, and Quick!

Very quick and very professional. My son had flushed something down the drain and they were about to take care of it. Great service and will use again.

Quick story: $494.50 for a main line clearance of a stoppage from handi-wipes.
Detailed version: My boy is staying at my relative's house and used some handi-wipes that stopped up the sewer line, so I get to pay the bill. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the bill was almost $500!
I had this identical problem at my house in California last year and it was $150.00. How much more can plumbers cost in Utah? When I spoke with Jared on the phone (who told me he is the owner), he told me it was so expensive because it was a combination of $69.50 for the diagnostic fee, and $425 to unstop the line and pull and reset the toilet. First of all, how is the diagnostic fee ""on top of"" the $425 work fee? Don't most places discount the diagnostic if you actually have the work done? Not Jared. Next, when asked about the difference between the $494 and $150 I paid for this problem (my guy, by the way, credited the response fee against the actual work done), he said it was from having to pull and reset the toilet. When I asked why he didn't use the access outside the house, his reply was there wasn't one. ""No access line?"" I asked. ""Not that I saw."" I took notes as we spoke. To be fair, he said that he had to go into the line 55 to 60 feet to clear the clog.
So, if the above scenario sounds reasonable to you, and that price seems ok to clear some handi-wipes, give him a call. But I would sure ask about the diagnostic fee and whether it gets charged on top of the work fee. And if it's a stopped line, you might want to ask the chances that it is going to cost $494 if he has to go through the toilet.

Awesome company. Professional but very nice, quick, efficient and not overpriced! Was a pleasure doing business with them. I'll be using them as my regular plumber for now on.
