Way too expensive! They wanted to charge $700 to replace an easily accessed pipe joint -- probably half an hour's job! I wasted $79 site visit fee rather than overpay like that -- and I was fairly desperate!

So glad I found these guys. They are transparent, honest and reasonably priced. Im always so nervous with plumbers because some companies are really crooks. John came out and was so professional. I needed help while selling a house because an inspector claimed we had backflow preventor issues, but John was able to easily assess that there were no issues and wrote a detailed explanation on why there were no issues. I highly recommend them.

I had Quick Pro Plumbing come out because our master bathroom tub faucets were leaking and needed new H/C stems and diverter stem. The guy told me our plumbing was too old and not to code and unless we do a complete remodel, he would not be responsible to fix our leak. He did fix our high water pressure issue, but left our bathroom leak, which was dripping down our walls into our garage. He told me to go to some plumbing store that carries old parts and I can replace it myself. Well, I ended up calling a different plumber who replaced the parts needed and said this guy probably didn't have the parts in his truck and didn't want to bother getting them. The 2nd guy I called had the parts needed and the leak was fixed in less than 2 hours.

I think its so important to support our local businesses. By far, absolutely one of the best customer-service experiences. Clay took the time to explain what had to be done and went the extra mile to ensure the installation was perfect. I have plans to do more updates to my home and look forward to working with Clay and Quick-Pro Plumbing on several projects. Clay is a ROCKSTAR!! I had the not-so-pleasant experience of waking up to two clogged toilets and sewage back-up into my master shower. I was so overwhelmed. I looked up Quick Pro and they immediately set a same day appointment to come in and get me squared away. The first plumber that came out, Robert, was great. He augered both toilets and got my first issue squared away. About 2 hours later, however, I discovered that I had another plumbing emergency when I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen. I called Quick Pro back to have Robert come back out but he was not able to. Clay jumped in a truck at 5:30 pm and came out. After trouble shooting, he was able to determine that the fresh water hose from the tank on my guest bathroom toilet was leaking and that's where the water was coming from. Clay got the proper parts needed and repaired this FREE OF CHARGE. He had the ACUMEN, PERSONALITY, and most importantly, the INTEGRITY that you want to encounter in situations like this. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to make sure my issue was completely squared away same day. I'll use Quick Pro for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We have called on Quick-Pro plumbing for several years. Clay just installed a whole house water filtration system in our new home. He had previously installed one in our last home and we knew the quality service we would be receiving. If you want a thorough professional plumber, Quick-pro is the one to call!

I called Quick Pro Plumbing to come out and deal with several problems that we were having. Clay and Josh showed up on time and took care of everything on the list, plus a few other things they suggested to be done. I wrote a check and Clay said that he would email me the receipt. There was a mis-spelling in the email and I never received it. I called Clay so that he could correct it and re-send the receipt. Once again, I did not receive it. I called again and left a voicemail and instructed them to either send the receipt to my husband's email or mail a hard copy to the house. It has been over ten days and I still have no receipt, no return phone call, nothing. The cost of the repairs was $604 and it would be nice to have a receipt stating what was done. While the quality of their work is good, their customer service leaves much to be desired. ADDENDUM: We finally received a receipt in the mail yesterday. Clay apologized for the delay in getting it to me and included a discount on future service.

This is my plumber. Top-notch quality, reasonable pricing, and highly professional. They showed up super-quick, explained the problem as well as the possible solutions and the pros and cons of each solution. The owner, Clay, also has a great sense of potty humor! (Get it?) I would not have imagined I'd be in a good mood after having to call a plumber for emergency service, but the crew at Quick Pro Plumbing actually put a smile on my face!

We found Clay's company on Thumbtack looking to get a second estimate to replace old cast iron pipes that were showing their age. Clay walked us through what he saw during the estimate and clearly explained to us what was needed. He gave us a fair estimate that came in a little under our other one. The work was completed very well, again with a thorough walk-through of what was completed. All materials and the work space was cleaned up well afterwards. The only minor criticism I will mention is that the work took a little longer than estimated. Not a problem, as we has some flexibility in being home while the work was done and we were not left overnight without access to water. For a one-man shop, the job was very well done.

Clay and Alex did a great job! They were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about the plumbing problems I had. The showed up on time, completed the work on time, and cleaned up before they left. And their price was more than reasonable compared to the other quotes I got for the same work. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.
