I was recommended to Quick Plumbing by my real estate agent for some plumbing advice. The dishwasher in my new place wasn't working, and I wanted to ask someone with expertise on whether or not I could potentially uncover thousands of dollars worth of plumbing to be done. My first call was to Jaime, who was professional and polite, and gave some great advice and history.

My second call to Quick Plumbing was to make an appointment to snake the bathroom sink to fix the slow drainage problem. I called Thursday afternoon and they fit me in the next day. The technician snaked the vanity sink, made sure everything was intact and good to go. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. We just bought a home and needed a variety of plumbing work done that the home inspector missed. I called Quick Plumbing & Drain and Jaime and his crew showed up the next day, right on time and even stayed late to get the work done the same day! They replaced the water heater, 2 toilets, fixed a leaky shower, solved a mysterious mixing valve problem, and installed an electric bidet. Jaime is the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever met and his team was super professional. On top of that they were all really nice people. Jaime took the time to explain everything he was doing and quoted us very fair prices on good USA made products. I will never use another plumber again!!! I needed to have a common repair made to my faucet. I assumed that since it wasn't a terribly old fixture, they'd have the part on their truck. Wrong. They had to leave my home to go to the local hardware store to purchase the part. Approximately 45 minutes to an hour later, they returned with the part. In the end, it appears I was charged not only for the time they worked on my faucet, but also for their time to purchase the part. I was never quoted a price for the service call, even though I was reassured they'd provide the quote before doing any work during my call to make the appointment. I needed the repair done, and the faucet now works properly...that is the one positive. Next time I'll ask if the plumber would be carrying commonly used parts on his truck and how I'd be charged if he had to leave and go to the hardware store.

Had fast response time with Esme the dispatcher. She was quickly able to set up appointment for us. The technicians Adam and Israel arrived within the timeframe they gave us and were very considerate and were able to explain our problem to the point we understood. I never thought we could get genuine service from a plumbing company. These guys know what they're doing compared to other companies we have used before. The price was surprisingly affordable considering all The work they did. I will use their services from Now on and will reccomend to everyone I know.
