I needed to have a common repair made to my faucet. I assumed that since it wasn't a terribly old fixture, they'd have the part on their truck. Wrong. They had to leave my home to go to the local hardware store to purchase the part. Approximately 45 minutes to an hour later, they returned with the part. In the end, it appears I was charged not only for the time they worked on my faucet, but also for their time to purchase the part. I was never quoted a price for the service call, even though I was reassured they'd provide the quote before doing any work during my call to make the appointment. I needed the repair done, and the faucet now works properly...that is the one positive. Next time I'll ask if the plumber would be carrying commonly used parts on his truck and how I'd be charged if he had to leave and go to the hardware store.

Had fast response time with Esme the dispatcher. She was quickly able to set up appointment for us. The technicians Adam and Israel arrived within the timeframe they gave us and were very considerate and were able to explain our problem to the point we understood. I never thought we could get genuine service from a plumbing company. These guys know what they're doing compared to other companies we have used before. The price was surprisingly affordable considering all The work they did. I will use their services from Now on and will reccomend to everyone I know.

I am a local HOA Manager and Jaime, from Quick Plumbing, is one of the plumbers we like to use. Actually he IS the plumber we use and we only have others because we need options when Jaime is not available. If it were possible; we would only use him.
He texts us with updates on appointments with our tenants/homeowners and calls them immediately to set up appointments, to ensure that they are being taken care of. He is fair in his pricing and detailed in his reports; which really helps us in the office to understand what the issues are and make our clients happy.
Nothing but positive things to say about Jaime and his work- he truly makes my life easier while managing properties and has even performed some excellent work at my home.

I have used Quick plumbing several times and have always been happy with their service. However this last time my kitchen sink was backing up. They came out and fixed the problem, but now my garbage disposal and dishwasher doesn't work. Everything else on the breaker is fine. They have told me to call an electrician that it isn't their problem. Funny both things worked before you came out, now they don't. The least you could do is have someone come out and look and then offer to get me an electrician because of something you did. The plumber ran the garbage disposal for over 15 minutes so I thought perhaps it got burnt out but now that I know my dishwasher doesn't work I think it is a much bigger problem

I thought that I had a sewer drain problem and called Quick Plumbing & Drain. Jamie was here in less than one hour and explained to me that my problem was not plumbing related and offered a solution, which was correct. I expected to pay him a service call, but he declined and even gave me a $20 off coupon for any next time repairs. He's the best.

My neighbor referred Quick Plumbing & Drain to me and I'm certainly glad she did. Jaime is terrific. He tries very hard to be accommodating to my schedule, arrives within 20 minutes or so of our appointed time, calls first, comes in, tells me what's needed, tells me what he'll charge and then fixes the problem quickly and cleanly. He's cheerful, professional and I think his prices are reasonable. And, if it's an emergency, he can arrive fairly quickly. I highly recommend this company. He also gives suggestions for future plumbing issues.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Jaime is the best! He has done quite a few jobs in our cul-de-sac. There are only 6 houses here, and I think he has done work on 5 that I know of. He has come to our rescue at least 3 times, and every time was an emergency: flood and broken pipe, leaking pipe with cracked foundation, and a sink back-up. Due to the ages of our houses, built in 1958, there have been a lot of broken main pipes and he has fixed them all! Great prices, great crews, courteous, cleans up, and makes great and affordable suggestions for the future.

Yes, he does live about a block away and that's why everyone has called him. But he is the best, very knowledgable, and has had to correct the mistakes other plumbers have left behind in years past.

Have never been disappointed and you shouldn't either! Give Jaime a call and make him your go-to Plumber!
