They answer the phone promptly. Provided free estimate and same day appointment which I found to be impressive. They showed up and we're nice and polite and very knowledgeable. However their price was high for the amount of work that needed to be done. I ended up calling another company to do the exact same work and they charged me 35% less.

They came out when my regular plumber told me 3 days. They stop work at 4:30 PM and you'll just have to wait even though all your plumbing is clogged. I couldn't believe it. I called Quick and was told someone would be there in 45 minutes. Mesbah (Sorry for the spelling) arrived in 30 minutes and went right to work. He ended up using 2 different machines to get the job done. I am very pleased and will use them again. They really SAVED us unlike my ex plumber.

We had a small leak in the ceiling of our garage, they came out to help us detect and fix it. They were conscientious with putting down a tarp, booties in the house, cleaning up after themselves. They tried to find the leak in our upstairs bathrooms, and came up with a crazy number to fix the issue before even knowing what it was. I let them first see if they could figure out the issue before agreeing to a price, then they determined they couldn't find it without cutting more holes in our ceilings and doing some serious leak detection work, which they suggested someone else would be better for. So they collected their $100 estimate fee and left. The next company that came was able to find the leak pretty quickly in an upstairs bathroom and fix it for less than half the price.

Fast and reliable. I made a mess of my kitchen waterline and within the hour I got a response on yelp, a quote, a call and someone at my door by the time I got responses by other businesses. Fairly reasonably priced too. He cleaned up the area under the sink when he was done so I appreciated it that too. He made sure he fixed the problem before leaving.

Ray and Mesbah are great! Very friendly, clear on what needs to be fixed and what's involved, and tell you a price upfront. In the past 2 weeks they have fixed my hose faucet, my washer pipes, and put a brand new kitchen sink and garbage disposal! They are my go to plumbers! ;) after pics to come.
