We hired Farhad for plumbing and showed the job for quote. He said it will take him 7-8 hours to reattach the sink, replace garbage disposal, change three faucets, install mirror. He took 10 hours to replace garbage disposal, secure kitchen sink and change one faucet. He did not know how to properly install disposal with dish washer attached. The dish washer water was flowing from the top of the sink. When we asked he said there is a block down the pipe. He changed the steel pipes to plastic we left for another job. He did not check for leaks. He left old disposal pipe that was worn out and leaking when he finished this job. He want to get paid for this unfinished work for 10 hours labor. We had to redo almost everything except for the kitchen sink reattachment. He wouldn't come back and fix the leaks. He and his son sent lot of texts all night why we should pay for the hours he stayed at the home. We trusted him, left home with garage opener to come back the next day. We weren't living in that house. He also sent a threatening letter that he would hire an attorney to take up this case with local authorities. It was horrible experience hiring.

Hired Farhad to install a whiteboard at my office. It was more complicated and heavier than we both expected, but he did an excellent job and exhibited great attention to detail. Would definitely hire him again for another job.

Farhad is a hard worker and polite. While endeavoring to do a satisfactory job, his skill level in drywall and flooring falls short of perfection, lacking sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools. A truly knowledgeable and skilled handyman would have finished much sooner (despite unseasonably hot weather) and completed the work to a much higher degree of satisfaction from me. I know he is still learning and honing his skills, but he is not there yet. Oral communication was strained and best achieved thru texting. His son was very nice, a hard worker and comunicates excellently. The price he charged was reasonable for the job but too much for his skill level. A simple written contract with Fahad would, also, be advisable to clarify expectations for all parties. He needs to be much more reliable and communicative with respect to his promised arrival times.

Good service! I messaged him about changing out the locks to our front gate. He responded in a very timely manner with a price estimate. I had messaged several other handyman too and his was the best price by far. He came out the very next morning to get the job done! Couldn't ask for anything more! Farhad was great! I had a small furniture repair job. He gave me a quote through the app. He showed up on time and did MORE than I previously requested. He was willing to accept his quoted amount, but I paid a little more since he did extra work. Farhad was honest and prompt. He did quality work. I will use his services again.

I honestly feel bad for leaving a bad review but I would like to save someone from losing money. This was one of the worst jobs I've had done to my house, I myself am not a handyman, but the job that was done was horrible. All we needed was to have 2 doors be put in and fitted to the frame. He took the doors with him to cut them and brought them back cut uneven and the height of the doors were uneven so we couldn't even close them. I even called as they were leaving to inform them and instead of returning they gave me directions on how to fix it with tools that I specifically hired for them to do. All in all I lost $250 with them just to pay someone else to do it again.
