One morning I returned home from a breakfast meeting to find the pipe to my hot water was spraying water all over the side of my house. Luckily it hadn't been going too long but it was sure to cause some damage if not repaired quickly. I called one company and got voicemail then called Quick-Flo, Philip answered and just happened to be passing my location so he got here within 5minutes. He assessed the problem and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking, strapped it properly so there was no more metal touch the pipe (which caused the problem.) Philip saved me from what could have been a really bad situation and I will definitely call on Quick-FLo again.

Called for the first time 10/17/2024 in the early am, looking for an owner owned plumbing services. Philip came by to assess thoroughly, evaluate the best way to declog washer outlet that overflows & fills up our kitchen sink. The house plumbing system is original & old since or before the 80's. Showed him 3 areas to snake through and with his patient problem solving went through the original washing machine plumbing in the garage to solve the problem. Cost a little much but well worth it since he explains in detail & he went through an effort to declog. Thank you Philip!!

It's rare to see someone passionate about what they do, but Phillip seemed truly invested in doing a great job. He gave me a great bid and instead of just giving me what I thought I needed and billing me for it, as a few other bids were perfectly willing to do, he got involved with investigating what was actually needed. In fact he sorted out some bad work done previously, simplified and optimized the connections and made it world's better than what I previously had. All for less than other bids who just planned on fixing the one aspect that had failed. Not to mention, it was a hot day and a very challenging job.

Quick-Flo came within an hour of my call even though it wasn't an emergency. Phillip (the owner) was FANTASTIC and patient and explained everything to me thoroughly while walking me through his diagnosis.
