Phillip came to the rescue! We were experiencing very low water pressure. I had the city come out to no avail. I called Phillip on a Sunday morning and he was here in a half an hour. Incredible! Turns out we needed a new pressure regulator. Unfortunately the store was closed on Sunday, but he quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan of action. Less than 48 hours later, we're back up and running!

Phillip walked me through the process and explained the issue. On top of that, he cleared up a clog we had in one of our sinks too!
