Excellent service and glad I found a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber in the SFV.

We had an emergency plumbing situation on a Saturday night where our downstairs toilet was overflowing due to water activity in our unit and the neighboring unit (we live in a condo). After calling four different 24hr plumbers and having no service available until the next day or later, Phillip answered my call. He immediately started asking questions to actually understand what was possibly going on, whereas the other plumbers heard my first statement and then said not available. He said he could come first thing the next morning, but when I told him my cross streets, he was super close by. He graciously decided to swing by to take a look around 8:30PM on a Saturday! Long story short, he ended up being able to resolve the drain blockage in the common area pipes and stop the nasty ass overflow that was coming out of the toilet. He had all the tools needed, including a CCTV pipe camera that he was able to record and provide us with to give to our HOA and show the bad pipe. I am so grateful for his service and will definitely contact him for any and all things plumbing in the future. Thank you again Phillip!

Being cooped up in the castle 365/24/7 because of COVID means that the King sits on his own toilets a lot! During this pandemic the King has worn out both the toilets in the Kingdom! The toilets were leaky and noisy all day and night and not worthy of providing the quality of service needed for Royal relief. So the King needed a plumber ASAP.

The King searched throughout the lands and scheduled several plumbers to diagnose the issues and give a quote. Sir Phillip from Quick-Flo was the most knowledgeable. While the other plumbers just provided a quote and a little information, Sir Phillip explained what the issues were, what parts needed to be replaced and how replacing them would fix the issue. He explained things in a way that a Royal King like myself could easily understand. He was also nice, friendly and most importantly . . . On Time! He descaled the castles tankless water heater and fixed the King's leaky toilets. Because of Sir Phillip's wonderful work, I can proudly sit on my thrones once again!

Phillip came and fixed a kitchen sink leak for us - he was flexible with scheduling, didn't charge extra for weekend service. Took 'before and after' photos for me since I wasn't on site during the repair. I believe the price was fair, $350 for 2.5 hour job (included material cost for pipes). Repair still holding after 3 weeks!

My husband found Phillip on Yelp because our garbage disposal broke ....again. He came over that day and cleared it out. It only worked for 2 days. Come to find out it was just worn out and old so Phillip came back right away and replaced it.
He was so helpful. He also unclogged my bathroom sink and told me the root of my problem in there too.
