This review is super overdue but I've used Quick-Flo twice now. The first time was when I was renovating a bathroom. Phillip replaced the old galvanized and cast iron pipes and with copper supply & ABS drains and left the bathroom ready for me to install the new fixtures. His work is super neat and he took proper precautions to keep the area clean and tidy.

I later used him again when my water main pipe sprung a leak by the street. He showed up within minutes to diagnose. The leak was under a giant street tree so he re-ran a new line away from the tree so that future root growth shouldn't be a problem.

Definitely recommend him and will use him again for my future needs.

After a decade of quick fixes to a corroding and collapsing cast iron waste water system under our 63 year old house, we realized that the time to properly replace the entire system could not be delayed any longer. Such an undertaking is both complex and expensive, requiring the talents of a skilled professional. We were very fortunate to locate and select Quick-Flo Plumbing for our re-pipe. Not only was the entire job completed in a thorough, timely and professional manner, but Quick-Flo's owner, Phillip Villalba, clearly explained the process before and throughout the repipe. The work was completed as described and within the timeframe promised. Phillip is both knowledgeable and articulate, and we intend on utilizing Quick-Flo for all of our future plumbing needs.

Our tub was jammed up, and Philip actually figured out the root of the issue, and didn't *just* clear it.

He's is a solid plumber, knowledgeable, and doesn't upsell or try to scare you into making fixes you aren't ready to make. He also helped with an old septic pipe that was open to the elements but affixing a new cover to protect from debris. Highly recommend.

Phillip was responsive, professional, courteous and provided a fair price estimate. When it came time to do the job, he was communicative, on-time, brought all the needed parts, and knew exactly what to do. He was efficient and careful in his work, double checking what he did. He even took extra time and care to answer my questions about the job to make sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied. He then really went above and beyond by sticking around a bit longer after the job to advise me regarding some additional plumbing work I was considering, even going as far as to show me how certain things work and explain why I could safely hold off on that job for a few more years. After the job was done, he followed up on his promise to find out from LADWP what my water pressure is coming in from the street just so I could rest assured it was within the normal range given some recent water main work they had performed on my street. I plan to use Phillip again in the future!

Called on New Year's Day and got lucky because they were able to show up the same day. I called them thinking it was one thing but they asked the right questions and suspected it was something else. Lo and behold, the pro was the correct one in this case and it was what he suspected. They were very honest in their communication and educated me along the entire process. This plumbing service was amazing not only did Phil come in and help me First with my shower with the snake, but he didn't charge me because he knew it was another problem so he came back the next day with the camera and he was able to solve my plumbing Quickly and reasonably, and he was very kind. I notice that one of the pipes connected to my washer is leaking. I shut of water to the house and called Quick-Flo in the morning. Phillip answered the call. Within an hour he was at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem(pin hole in the hot water pipe). He suggested multiple solutions. I could tell that he cared to do the job the best way possible. I highly recommend Phillip and Quick-Flo and will use them on all my future projects.
