I tried to DIY an irrigation pipe leak and ended up having to call Phillip. He walked me thru how to locate the backyard line, came over to check out the situation and didn't even charge me for his visit.

He came back out the following week to check the crawl space under my house before capping the line that had an issue. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a great person to have on your side as a first-time homeowner (or an owner of any kind).

This is our ""go-to"" plumber. Phillip from Quick-Flo has been our plumber for a couple years now and we have NOT been disappointed. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and works around our schedule. He's also great with the communication. He tells us exactly what's going on, what the problem is and gives us our options as far as fixing the problem. We found some random leak from the water connector on our en suite bathroom sink. My wife was doing some cleaning, on a Sunday no less, and the entire cabinet was wet and some obvious water damage was occurring.

Sewage line issues are hopefully the last thing on your mind, but when they occur, they're thrusted front and center. Inevitably it occurred to me on a Saturday evening. The first company to promptly respond to my requests for assistance was Phillip, thé owner of Quick-Flo Plumbing. He came out to my property at 8am on Sunday and attempted to clear my clogged sewage line. Throughout the process, he provided me with his video documented assessment and explanations of what he was finding (roots and backed up water out to the city sewer). As an engineer, I'm well versed in the process of systematically decomposing problems and identifying the optimal solutions. I therefore appreciated and agreed with Phillips method of assessing and proposing a path forward to dig up my driveway closer to the street and burst/line my existing clay sewer line. Once this initial excavation work was completed, he identified a large break and a nest of roots at the city's junction to the main sewer. Due to Phillip's experience, he knew who to contact directly and how to work with them to replace the city's portion of my sewer connection in a timely manner. The entire job was not cheap, but per my online searches and verbal quotes, Phillip's end cost was at the mean of what I found. Due to this knowledge, thorough attention to detail, and the quality of his work, I believe it was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Phillip for anyone's sewer issues.

Phillip is your guy! No joke. When so many plumbers have been unavailable due to the long Labor Day weekend, he made sure to take my call and assess the problem even though he wasn't physically able to be there. I was able to send him photos of the minor (turning into major) leak happening from my bathroom rub faucet. I knew that this would turn into an emergency as we attempted to do the fix ourselves with some Google searching, but didn't know that we had the wrong part all along. Philip was able to identify the issue, as he had already done the research from a previous job and even told us the correct part to get. And with his expertise, we were able to fix the minor issue ourselves! Ironically, Phillip had run into my neighbor (and handyman) at the local Home Depot and talked to him about this same issue -- little did he know it was mine! Someone sent me a savior today and I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome and will for sure be coming to him for future business! Don't sleep on this company!

I highly recommend Philip and Quick Flow plumbing. I had a leak in my bedroom closet which was going to destroy my ceiling and clothes and I called Philip at midnight. He came right over and repaired my leak staying until 1:30 in the morning until everything was taken care of. He is my hero. His price was also extremely reasonable. Not only is he a skilled plumber and very nice person but he also felt it was very important that I understand all about my plumbing, how to shut off my water etc. He took a long time to explain to me everything and now I feel educated about the plumbing in my house. I highly recommend this company. Philip is honest and reliable. He is also extremely responsive by text. I will definitely be using him again and passing his name to my friends and family.
