Cheryl S.Not professional. I got an appointment for the next day between 2-3. At 3:05, I called and was told the tech was running behind, but will call. I got no call, and when I called,got no answer. Then, they called the next day saying they are on their way, and 5 minutes later they are at my door! I feel disrespected and I took my business elsewhere.
