I received a bill in the mail from Quick Fix for just under $100. The funny thing is I never hired them, nor do I know who they are. The description section of the bill says ""No call, no show for appointment. I never scheduled an appointment with them. When my wife called to inquire, a girl named April told my wife she would wave the bill this time, but that we shouldn't make appointments we can't keep. Incidentally, what really occurred here is that I called our home warranty company to make a claim and they contacted Quick Fix. I had the issue fixed already when the warranty company began their barrage of calls and messages to my phone.I ignored the warranty company. They suck also. I have no idea what April is talking about. I'm thinking though, a good business practice would be to not bill people that you have NEVER had any communication with. It's an integrity issue.

Wonderful workmanship and customer service! TJ saved the day, repairing a burst pipe and took the time to diagnose our actual problem so it won't happen again!

I agree with Mr. Merrits google review on the arrogant behavior of T.J. He was so nasty on the phone we had to hang up on him. He is not a reasonable person at all. He thinks he is some sort of God's gift or something. Our experience with this company was a nightmare. To this day, April has not done right by us. She sounds sweet, but don't let that voice fool you. She sent in an unfamiliar sub-contractor to do a simple snaking of the drain. He had to call someone to come help him pull out the snake! This guy, Ryan, did a whole lot of damage to our bathroom with the commercial equipment he used & left FECES everywhere and did not clean it up like he said he would. I did not notice the damage right away, but as soon as I did, I took pics and sent them along with 2 emails to April. She said ""and you just noticed this now""? Anyway, a quick fix took them 3 weeks. We lost the whole month of July from them jerking us around and missed our vacation. The absolute worst and most unacceptable thing happened to us was that April refused to come out and look at the damage and just ignored us. So now we are left with having to deal with their damage. So if you think that because they are insured and bonded you are covered, think again!!! If you value your home like us, don't take the chance at this happening to you and choose a different plumber.

I should have checked his work before he left. He was less than reliable, thorough or trustworthy. When he arrived he asked what I needed done today? I said the the upstairs bathroom overflow tube and leaking valves for outdoor spigots. I also asked if he had time to check out 2 outdoor spigots because their separate from the leaking valves in basement. He said yes to adding the outdoor spigots and started with the basement valves then spigots. He had to make a ""part run"" for a spigot which required more time than he allotted for the tasks. As he was leaving I asked if he already finished the bathroom, he said I don't have that on my work order ""that's why he was there and he lied about it!"". I mentioned he was here for the tub because I need it fixed before tenants move in.

It's okay to make a mistake but not cover it with a lie.

A few days later I went to use the spigot and noticed immediately the ground was saturated because it was still leaking. I then went to the other spigot he replaced and when I opened the valve I noticed he didn't secured it to my house, so every time I use that loose spigot I'm reminded of his poor quality work. Someone else showed up 10 days later to fix my priority tub problem and he corrected the spigot.

Had a new shut off valve cut and put in in less than 10 min. Great price, execution, and customer service. Highly recommend!

I got these services via my home warranty company. The previous plumber assigned sat here for 45 minutes, accomplished nothing and recommended a new garbage disposal. Tyson was friendly, professional and fixed the garbage disposal in the time it took me to turn around. He didn't have the part for the broken faucet but he went to the hardware store and returned within 15 minutes. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company. If I have any problems I will request not only quick fix but Tyson.
