I own a townhouse in Irvine and am renting it out. My tenant said there was a leak at the kitchen faucet and under the sink; also reported problem reattaching a ceiling light fixture cover after removing it to change the light bulb. Headache! Called Quick Cheap Handyman and Adam promptly picked up the call. He scheduled service call with my tenant and expeditiously fixed all the problems at a very reasonable cost. No more headache! Needless to say, Adam is now my ""go To"" person for any repairs at my Irvine rental property. Highly recommend!

We have used Adam twice now. One was fixing a leak under the sink and the other was replacing a cracked water heater copper pipe. Adam is very responsive first of all, he is very friendly and talkative and more than anything gets the job done at a super reasonable price. I believe he is in the Tustin area which is maybe why I get such a quick response but I know he will probably travel most anywhere. I would highly recommend Adam for any small project that most people just don't want to do or have the knowledge to do. I'm sure he will do most any project big or small but I have only used him for two small things. Thank you, Adam!!
