I woke up to find my water heater had started leaking. I called Quest at 830 am and they showed up at 1030 am! I was happy to see them. Ethan reviewed and investigated the situation and said that I could fix the supply line and expansion tank and that would handle it but the water heater was 9 years old which puts it close to the end of life. He gave me quotes for both and I elected to install a new water heater. The quote was reasonable. What makes Quest different is their attention to detail and commitment to service. Ethan did a excellent job. he cleaned up the mess from the previous water heater and installed the new one quickly. Quest is my new go to plumber!

I had a water pipe burst during the recent freezing weather. One company wanted $1000 to repair it. Quest did it for $284. I would have used Quest initially but they were closed for the holidays. The pipe burst early Christmas morning (of course). I have used them for years and they do quality work at reasonable prices.

We've been using Quest for over 20 years and Matt and his crew are top notch! I've had new toilets installed, leaks fixed and second opinions on home warranty lack service rip off artist's diagnoses. They've saved me thousands of dollars in costly repairs by just being honest. A while back they made a mistake and they didn't try to blame me or someone else they just came out and made things right. That's INTEGRITY for you. Today most plumbers think they are providing you a service and make you wait four-five hours for them to show up. Quest still keeps customer service first and foremost!

This is my first experience hiring a plumber. Usually my husband can take care the job himself. However this was the pipe under the concrete so we had to ask the best plumber in town to helped us out. Compare quotes with some high school graduates plumber, Quest Plumber is honest and professional. I only wish they understand the sense of urgency. We had to wait two weeks to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were late for an hour. And during the job, I do not sense that the plumber understand I really need my water back soon. They just take their time walking back to the truck and finishing the job. And 6 hours of labor for plumber and a helper cost me $990= $165 per person per hour. Why am I paying the helper $165 per hour, when he is just doing what the plumber tells him to do. Am I paying for his professional development? Anyway... Quest plumber is honest and you don't have to worry about them not following the rules, law or codes. Just remember, it will cost you a month of paycheck.

What a tremendous experience we just had with Quest!

A month or so ago, we had another plumbing company out to the house for what we thought was an emergency. Before we knew it, they quoted us $20k to fix our issues. Quest was our second opinion.

I cannot say enough about our experience. Brylee (hope I spelled that right) came out; he was extremely nice and easy to deal with/talk to. Together, after I explained everything I knew and was told, we worked together to form a game plan to tackle the problems.

Imagine that! Actually being involved with decisions regarding your own home!

Brylee took a TON of time with us, walked us through every aspect of what he encountered/saw with the pipes under the house, and left us feeling fully informed and comfortable.

I cannot say enough about the job Quest (and Brylee) did at our home!

Definitely call Quest - you'll thank us.

I had Quest out to my house, very over priced. Wanted 700 to sell and install a toilet. I told them to get lost. What a rip off! Went with another company for about half the price.
