I had Quest out to my house, very over priced. Wanted 700 to sell and install a toilet. I told them to get lost. What a rip off! Went with another company for about half the price.

I called to hopefully talk to a manager or someone that makes decisions. I was put in charge of a project for a local school and before I could finish my first sentence I was told WE ARE NOT INTERESTED and hung up on! The woman at receptionist was RUDE! If they don't listen to everything how the heck are they going to know what I need or am looking for from their company. Just something to think about. I am sure the people who do the jobs in the field are phenomenal but the reception needs some help and or a crash course in Customer service training!

Ryan from Quest came out to check out the gas line to my gas fireplace. Ended up not being a gas line problem, but Ryan pointed out the features of my fireplace and the things I needed to do to operate it effectively. Assured me there were no issues with my gas line, which was a relief. Very professional. Fair price for service call. I would not hesitate to call Ryan at Quest again!

5 Stars all the way. Clint Morris was extremely professional and completed his work in less than 30 minutes. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why he was doing it. How many times do you get a quote for a repair and it ends up costing less? I could not believe it costs less. I will definitely call Quest if I ever have any future plumbing needs.

Chance showed up on time and ready to work. Another plumber showed up a week ago and quoted a price almost three times what Quest wanted and would take 3 days before work could be done. My wife and I pleased to get parts, trip charge, and service for the 1/3 the price. The whole job took less than an hour. Chance was polite, professional and friendly. I have their fridge magnet if ever we have plumbing issues in the future.

Clint was absolutely wonderful. He came to fix our hot water heater and while he was there a line to my toilet burst. I had water all over but Clint came to the rescue. He vacuumed up the water and repaired the line. He was so professional and kind about everything. I am so happy he was there. I will definitely use Quest again and ask for Clint by name.
