Very impressed and I'll tell you why, probably spoke to a dozen drain clearing companies and all of them would not give an estimate for clearing the drain for an upstairs shower their method of operation is to say we will send a person out and he'll give you an estimate. the whole idea behind that is to upsell you once the guy gets to your home. Quest home services was different they quoted $99 to clear the drain for an upstairs shower obviously it wasn't a tree root problem because it was an upstairs shower, every other drain in the house worked no problem, 99% chance it was just hair in the drain. they gave me a two hour window, Steve arrived mid that time frame and within 20 minutes he had cleared the hair blockage and was on his way. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Of course our AC broke down at the beginning of a heatwave! I contacted several companies who responded with auto-replies or made promises they didn't keep. Quest got back to my yelp request quickly and in their intro message they gave me some time frames for THAT DAY!!! The person they sent was professional, friendly and answered all our questions. Our filter was due to be changed and attempted to reach out to a couple different company, have to say I was very pleased from the beginning: response and questions were immediate, service time was scheduled in due time, punctual and Steve, who did the service, was very helpful and kind. I found myself an air-conditioning company that is highly recommended!!!

Great all around! Response and communication was clear, frequent, cost effective and valuable.

After four plumbing companies came through, they were the first to pinpoint my worst sewer issue and tell me my sewer is actually buried rather than exposed under the house. This makes a difference when prioritizing what to repair or replace on a 100-year old house.

I'm so thankful to find Selina and Steve for my plumbing needs. I'm happy that they looked at my system holistically and gave me a phased approach to prevent backups or worst case, a pipe break that will cost me way more headaches. It's like when your old car leaks oil. Is it from the gaskets, seals, or oil pan? Which one is worse?

The worst part of my sewer system is the cracked connection to the City. Instead of pulling permits or digging, Quest was able to do the repair using an existing sewer manhole. This work has a long warranty and now I can have peace of mind. Thank you!

Had a very good experience with Quest Home Services. Great communications before and after the job, and they were able to get out quickly. Gave us a quote and completed the job as promised, and captured a picture to share, as well as provided some additional follow up guidance. Would recommend.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Quest Home Services. I wanted an outdoor gas hookup for a gas grill. Quest immediately responded to my request for a bid. They setup an appointment for the next day and they were prompt and very professional. I received three bids and Quest's bid was very reasonable. Steve, the owner/technician, was very knowledgable and gave me great advice. The other companies made the job much too complicated and wanted to charge 5 times what Quest charged. Steve did a very clean, neat, and simple job. He went to great lengths to remove the laundry unit and put it back. I highly recommend Quest!

Also -when I checked contractor's licence it had expired.

This company is honest, straight forward and reasonably priced. I had them come out and give me a second estimate on our tankless hot water heater (which another plumber said should be replace or repaired for 900$) Steve the technician thought that he should give it a good flushing ( I have been diligent at having it cleaned once a year ) and see what happens. Sure enough that was all it needed. It is back to running like a champ. I definitely will recommend them and I consider them my go to plumber
