I am so pleased with the service I received from Quest Home Services. I wanted an outdoor gas hookup for a gas grill. Quest immediately responded to my request for a bid. They setup an appointment for the next day and they were prompt and very professional. I received three bids and Quest's bid was very reasonable. Steve, the owner/technician, was very knowledgable and gave me great advice. The other companies made the job much too complicated and wanted to charge 5 times what Quest charged. Steve did a very clean, neat, and simple job. He went to great lengths to remove the laundry unit and put it back. I highly recommend Quest!

Also -when I checked contractor's licence it had expired.

This company is honest, straight forward and reasonably priced. I had them come out and give me a second estimate on our tankless hot water heater (which another plumber said should be replace or repaired for 900$) Steve the technician thought that he should give it a good flushing ( I have been diligent at having it cleaned once a year ) and see what happens. Sure enough that was all it needed. It is back to running like a champ. I definitely will recommend them and I consider them my go to plumber

We notice the ground was all wet around our sprinkler controls. Dug it out, and sure enough ... the pipe was cracked and leaking. We called Quest Home Services, and they came out quickly and replaced the pipe for the price they quoted. Wow, that's what I call service. We highly recommend them and would use them again if something else comes up.

Fantastic customer service!! AC went out on the worst possible day (of course, right?!?). I reached out on a Saturday afternoon to multiple HVAC companies, but Selina at Quest replied very quickly and was willing to go the extra mile to get my family some desperately needed AC help. She went above and beyond to get a tech scheduled asap, basically fitting us in on the tech's day off. (And big thanks to the tech for the willingness to help on a Sunday!)

Well the problem self resolved, as it was ultimately an issue with SCE, but I will most assuredly turn to Quest Home Services in the future. Great communication and outstanding customer service. Keeping your number handy!

I was referred to Quest Home Services from a friend who used their services recently. I called them when the AC at my parents house went out. The office staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. They were caring and understood the importance of fixing the AC for my parents in the crazy California heat! Amazingly they were able to get me scheduled right away! Steve the technician came out and figured out the problem instantly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't trying to sell us additional unnecessary services. He was able to find out what the problem was and finished the repairs same day. We feel so fortunate to have found Quest Home Services! The service we received was exceptional! We needed a new water heater and AC repair for a home we just purchased and Steve truly went above and beyond in making sure everything was running in tiptop shape. Honestly, he was awesome! He is knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Their rates are extremely reasonable, way better then other quotes we received. And the office manager Selina is great at communicating every step of the way. She made scheduling quick and easy!
