Outstanding! Decided I wanted to put in a gas fireplace and after having them do an incredible job with the plumbing problems in my 125 year old home i figured QUEEN SWEEP was the only company i would trust with my home. They never disappoint- beautiful job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Tracey and Joe @ Queen Sweep for creative answers to any problems you need help with.

I wanted to like this business as it's woman owned in a dominantly male field. That being said, my experience was awful. I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my chimney cleaned and wood burning stove serviced ahead of family coming in for the holidays. I got a confirmation text before the appointment, and then they didn't show up. When I reached out a day later, I was told they ""forgot"" and couldn't get to it until a week later - which was exactly when my family would be leaving. Having a working fireplace was important to me and when I expressed my frustration, the company simply stopped responding to me. I wish I would have read a review like this before picking them - hopefully I can save someone the frustration, and find someone who wants to earn my money.
*Edited to add that I had hired them previously a few years ago to replace a cap on my chimney and they did complete that job. Bummer they let me down this time.

We gave up. They say they will call to set up appointment but they DO NOT. We called back got the same BS or no one answers. We leave messages, no one returns calls.
Not a way to run a business! Stay away unless you have time to waste.

We were in need of a chimney sweep, it was overdue and time. A neighbor was using Queen Sweep and I was out on a walk and it prompted me to call and get the service done. When the tech came and looked at my chimney, he took pictures and told me that the chimney cover was rusted and leaking and that I needed to get it fixed or it would cause structural damage to my chimney. I went with his recommendation. The next day when they returned with a new cover, I looked at the old one when it was on the ground, no holes, no rusting. I asked the tech later how the chimney looked and if there was water damage. He looked at me like I had two heads and then replied, uh, yeah, no, you got lucky. (Because there was none and no rusting). $2,000 later, I got scammed on the repair and called to ask the owner. They came up with a reason that the cover really wasn't rusted but the issue was that the sides should have been 6 inches and were only 3 inches down.

Run from this company as fast as you can. Don't get scammed like I did for $2,000.

I cannot endorse with MORE enthusiasm what a positive experience I had with this female owned business! Although there are many businesses in my area, this one is meticulously clean, fairly priced and...did I mention it's female owned?!! I had Queen Sweep come out to do some plumbing for a burst pipe and it was so easy to do business with them that I am recommending with 5 stars! Owner Tracy is a pleasure! You will NOT regret choosing this company for your plumbing (and other) needs!

This company is unreliable and dishonest ! They will take ur money upfront and not fix ur issues !! Do not use ! They don't care abt their customers and it's all abt getting paid !! Horrible experience !
They will take your money and leave you , with no regard ! Unprofessional and just terrible business !

Queen sweep applied a crown coat to my leaking chimney. The kept me updated every step of the way and scheduled the service visit the day after they received the materials (needed to be ordered from the manufacturer due to my warranty). Joe and Tracy were very professional when they came and showed me pictures of the problem areas and explained steps needed to correct them.

Queen Sweep Chimney: great work and great service. They repaired my chimney which had water dripping, as well as installed the proper cover over top so the issue doesn't repeat; resealed and permanently protected venting on my roof; fixed indoor plumbing issues; fixed outdoor shower drainage issues (that original contractor messed up) and installed french drain for pool backwash.; replaced 3 leaky toilets, installed kitchen sink and had sheetrock guy repair ceiling damage from the leaky toilets. All of these issues occurred at several different times over the past year at two homes. So it's not like they saw a big job and thought ""Okay, for THIS we'll work hard"". Fairly priced, Queen Sweep provides the highest quality of workmanship and gets the job done right the first time.
