I contacted Queen Plumbing for help with a leak in my shower into the ceiling below. Steve responded quickly and had me scheduled with Travis Morgan the next morning. Travis was amazing! Although I am a bit out of their normal service area he was communicative and showed up right on time. I expected to have the ceiling opened up ($$) and a costly fix but Travis took the approach to check the simplest/most obvious problem first and thankfully for me that was it. He replaced the loose showerhead and also helped me with a secondary problem in my 2nd bathroom. Both problems solved in a short period of time and at minimal cost which was a relief. I so appreciate the honesty. Thank you!

Great communication, super knowledgeable, and friendly! I requested quotes from a number of businesses and spoke to the owner here. He went over various scenarios with me and I was upfront with him that I had just scheduled another team to come take a look at my project. Queen Plumbing has helped me out twice now, and I've been very happy with them.

The first time was late last year when they snaked a drain. That experience was good, and while they were there I asked them to review some known (and significant) plumbing issues in my old house. They proposed a plan which covered all the issues but was appreciably simpler and less expensive than a proposal I had received from another (larger) plumber. It was a lot of work (replaced old rusting galvanized drain pipes; removed previously-abandoned incoming galvanized pipes; re-did the sink drain and vent; removed a historical and pointless drum trap; re-set and caulked the toilet), and their bid felt very reasonable to me based on past plumbing experiences.

They've now completed that work and I'm very happy with the experience. Travis and Casey were pleasant to deal with, took good care of my place, communicated well about the job, answered my questions, gave me some options when a couple of issues came up but didn't pressure me about anything, cleaned up afterwards, and delivered at the original bid. (I fortunately had a photo of the plumbing taken a decade ago when I had some other work done; they were able to refer to that when making their bid and there were fewer opportunities for surprises.) All in all, I felt well cared for and I'm happy with the result; it's a relief to have plumbing which should be much more reliable going forward.

I can't express how grateful I am to Steven and Travis for immediately responding to an active leak in our 4-story condominium building that was causing water intrusion into the building. They provided a thorough assessment of the issue, repaired the broken pipe/hose bib, and also talked us through long-term solutions for the building. They were super responsive and knowledgeable about preventive repairs we should consider in the near future, which we plan to hire them again to do. Great people and work at a good value. Queen Plumbing provided a very competitive estimate. Steven was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to fix my gas hookup to accommodate the new gas range. He even helped me out on a different plumbing issue and did a thorough job there as well. Highly recommend.

I submitted a request to get an estimate to have an outdoor faucet replaced and to have a few other things checked.
I expected it would be a few days but got a call within 30 minutes and they were here within an hour to review the work to be done, pointed out a few additional items, the work was done that day! Even took a look at a couple of things and tightened the toilet and didn't charge me anything extra.
Travis and Steven were great!
Highly recommend. Such a refreshing change from other companies who overcharge for not doing anything!

Got quick help with a hot water issue. Queen plumbing was one of the only places I could find with experience working on home plumbing systems involving hydronic heating. They did a thorough assessment on arrival, isolated the problem, and made a fast repair. Yay for hot showers!

Had a number of small fix-it/installation issues - involving both plumbing and natural gas lines - around the house and I collected 3 bids. Queen Plumbing was the most thorough, thoughtful, and best price. Others had upsell ideas, while Steve and Travis were happy to tell me when one issue could just be fixed with just a quick order on Amazon.

Throughout, they were willing to show me what they were doing and answer any questions. They did the work diligently (including coming back to finish an issue that needed an extra piece) and throughout showed care for aesthetics as well. At the end, they pointed out some other reasonable issues that we could address, but didn't do the hard sell. It was a positive experience and I will be using them again.

We began installing a new bathroom floor in our nonprofit martial arts studio only to find that not only was the existing toilet not bolted to the floor, but it didn't even have a flange installed--it was just precariously sat on stacked wax rings.

We went to Yelp to get a few quotes for installing a new flange into the concrete floor (as we didn't own a hammer drill and also didn't want to take the risk of damaging the sewer line in this older building) and reseating our existing toilet. Queen Plumbing responded promptly (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable quote range (as opposed to just ""call us to schedule a service call so we can come give you a quote"" like many other businesses), and asked some follow-up questions about the project which showed that they actually took the time to read the project request. The owner, Steve, requested we call to discuss the project and scheduling, and was very helpful in answering our questions about what would move the quote between the higher and lower ranges. We scheduled for the following week and he said that our plumber, Travis, would call the night before to confirm.

Travis called the night before in order to confirm as stated, and arrived on-time the following morning. He made relatively short work of getting the new flange on and toilet reseated, and was kind enough to chat and share some fun plumbing stories while he worked. The toilet works flawlessly, and we feel great knowing that the flange was installed correctly and with minimal risk to the old line.

Queen Plumbing was professional and pleasant from start to finish. If we have any other plumbing issues, we know exactly who we'll be calling.
