Our heat went out beginning of the week. No one was available to come out until Thursday. Because I had prior experience with Queen B plumbing and she was one of the companies that responded to my request. I went with Queen B plumbing. She sent out her technician Bob and he arrived a little early which was great. After diagnosing the problem he begin to work on correcting it. Before he left, he made sure the heat and AC was working correctly.
Queen B to the rescue again.

I have had an issue with hot water heater that another company was unable to resolve after 4 visits and replacing as many parts as they could. called this company and they came out asap. Guy figured it out on 1st try and gave me a much more reasonable solution than the ""replace the whole thing"" option I'd heard from the others.

My hot water heater broke last Monday with no warning. I called & within 30 minutes someone came out & ordered the same model I had. The old one was removed & replaced the same day in less than 5 hours. I highly recommend them. The staff was extremely professional too & very kind.

Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator.
Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right.

I took a chance with Queen B after reading the superb reviews and wanted to support a woman owned business. My AC gave out and with little ones in the house, it became especially difficult!! Brenda was personable and went above and beyond to make sure we found comfort again! Feeling very thankful and blessed to have found this company. From start to finish ,everything was excellent and honest. The whole team was courteous, VERY hardworking, and timely. Excellent experience and I will solely be using them when my other unit eventually goes out or I have other needs!

In the aftermath of ida, we needed someone to look at our hot water heater. The company (not Queen B) who installed us told us they would only replace it.

My mom received a recommendation for Queen B. She spoke to Brenda, the owner, she was very empathetic. She sent her team within hours of her call.

The two men came, both wore foot coverings. They were able to get the hot water heater working.

We were thankful they came quickly and fixed our issue without taking advantage of me. Definitely will use again.

I noticed that Queens B is a fairly new company so I gave them a call when my AC broke down on 100º plus day. They arrived within a couple of hours! And fixed the problem. The guys were courteous, friendly and very professional. They lost one star with me for doing the repair without a review and approval. I appreciated that the problem was fixed but in my opinion, a company should get approval before performing the work. I will call Queen B again but next time will make clear my expectations.
