First time I called Quarter Moon Plumbing, I needed a gas line extended in order to install gas appliances. Outside of the arrogant 2 men that came out,I was told I would be sent a quote within a week. Never received a quote. When I emailed the company, no one had record of my request, but they did send me a cupon for 10% off the job, but still NEVER gave me a quote for the initial request. The second time, my husband called Quarter Moon Plumbing to inquire about replacing our hot water heater. Not sure why 2 men came. One just stood there and said nothing. The other matter-of-factly told us, our hot water heater was OK for a few more years. He could replace it, but in a years time it would make the same noise. He said that our hot water heater was out of code, BUT it had been grandfathered in, so any new hot water heater would have to be brought up to code. We said we understood, but just for reassurance, we again asked, so it's [the hot water heater] not going to blow up, it's not showing signs that it's going to leak or the bottom rusting out or anything? He said, "nope it will be good for a few more years". He said he would go to his truck and write up the quote and be back in a little bit. He returned in about 10 minutes. My husband had to take a call for work, so I spoke with the man. He had 2 pieces of paper. The first one he handed to me and said, "I just need to get your signature on this - it's just a paper that will protect both you and me". I began to read the top of the paper. It said, "I (my name had been filled in), hereby agree that I am liable for the hazard..."(or something very similar). I questioned him as to what hazard he was referring to. He stumbled over his words and couldn't answer my question. I read it to him and explained that by me signing this paper, I am accepting responsibility for a hazard. I reminded him that he said NOTHING about a hazard. He quickly took the paper (so I didn't get to finish reading it) and said, "So you don't want to sign this?" I said, "Umm, no, no I don't" He handed me the other paper, read over the four items on the list and said, "Have a great day." and then left. This was the 2nd chance I had given this company and both times, they let me down. I will never call them again. I would AVOID them at ALL costs! They cannot be trusted...

We had our toilet replaced today. Stefan was fantastic! Quick, efficient and professional! Highly recommend! They were responsive on providing a quote and convenient scheduling. Overall great experience. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing projects!

Called this morning about blockage that could not be cleared with auger and they came out same day and problem was resolved. Obviously very experienced plumber and he did his best to minimize cost. Very impressed and will use again.

We now call Quarter Moon for all of our plumbing and AC needs. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Just tonight I had several leaks in my kitchen ceiling, and they were here within 30 minutes of me calling. The plumber, George, was extremely courteous and got right to work. He explained the reason for the leak, repaired them, and offered a suggestion on how to prevent them from occurring again. He was kind to try not to wake my sleeping children, and he also was very considerate not to track mud into the house. Thanks, Quarter Moon!

I used Quarter Moon in the past for plumbing services with good results. I called for service on my AC. After about 45 minutes, the technician said that there were several issues with my unit, and it needed to be replaced. He worked up a quote and charged me for 1.5 hours of service.

I reached out to another AC company for a second opinion. After several minutes, the technician explained that a wire in my unit came loose and blew a hole in the refrigerant line. He repaired the line, replaced the wire, and added refrigerant. The unit works fine. What a waste of $133 and my time.

I had them come in to repair my kitchen sink, as the garbage disposal bubbled up into the other sink. They dug out some item that the previous owner's kids had jammed into the disposal and declared it fixed. It wasn't. Then said the warranty had expired when the same problem continued in the future. I would avoid them.

Very impressed on how efficient Quarter Moon is. Our insurance contacted them because we have a water leak in our plumbing system that needs to be found. The moment they came out they got right to business and looked for the leak. Along the entire process they explained what needed to be done and showed me the leak. Glad our company recommended Quarter Moon.

Ridiculous charges, for 15 minutes on sight they charged me $160.00 , but really were going to charge $214.00!! For a toilet part that they did not have! And charging customers for their driving time to Home Depot and back thats outrageous !! By the way no estimate in my hands either!! Will not recommend or use again.

We called this company on a Monday and they came out on Tuesday to give us a quote and were able to start work on Wednesday now they said they would be done by that Friday and we have been without water at our house since Sunday. As it turns out they had to do more that initially quoted and it was going to take longer which we understood but when the following Monday came around and nobody showed up we called and they said they had an emergency and would be out again Tuesday morning. Not sure what is considered an emergency since I have been without water now for over a week and have to stay at a hotel but I was furious. They show up on Tuesday around 9:30am they don't work past five and finally that following Friday around 9pm (the only day they worked past 5pm) they were finished. I will not be using this company again.

I sprang a leak in the air chamber under my bathroom sink. I got up to a flooded hallway this morning. Bobbie came out right away, over a two hour job. Bobbie fixed me up and I was sooo happy with the bill! I was in such a panic this morning when I could hear spraying in the wall under the sink and my hall was full of water. Thank you Bobbie and quarter moon plumbing!
