Single digit wind chill during a long weekend froze a section of our plumbing. Upon defrosting, a section of the pipe started to leak. Come monday, we called every plumber around a 10 mile radius from us and most of them told us that they were fully booked with other frozen pipe issues during the weekend and only had availability Wednesday onwards. David from Quarry Hills gave me a text and said they had availability at 3 PM for the guys to come take a look. The guys (Eric & Ryan) came way earlier than expected at noon (1.5 hours after I made the call) to take a look at my leak.

I thought Eric and Ryan was just going to replace the pipe fittings that was leaking, but they went above and beyond to replace the entire copper pipe from first floor to basement with PEX. They also gave recommendations on what to do with the space to insulate it so that they wouldn't need to come again (at the detriment of their business). This was all done at the price they quoted me which I thought was incredibly reasonable.

I'd give them a look for your plumbing emergencies.

Bill Duggan responded to my fb request for HVAC, asking what's the matter? They made a service call and replaced igniter after listening carefully to what was happening. Three other service calls by 3 different companies, each one said the furnace needed to be replaced at a cost of around $7,000-$12,000. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick service, efficient. I can't say enough positive things about them. I know I will need a furnace in the future and will not call anyone else!

Did not know how to fix my furnace. Pretended like he did. Blamed the previous owner of my house for telling him how to install a system that does not work. I have spent thousands of dollars paying him to fix a system that never worked properly and am still in the same position I was before he started. I picked up parts he ordered for me they cost just over 14 dollars. shortly after I got a bill for 50. Stay away.

I was concerned about my gas heater and Quarry Hills came out the same day I called. Tim serviced my heater and gave me peace of mind that our system was ok. Great service all around. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely gruff on the phone and in person but they were the only ones who responded and actually came to my home when the heat went out. I probably called 15 different companies and got no answer or no call back or no show, but Quarry Hills actually followed up with me and fixed our heat when no one else would. They'll be my first call next time.

He essentially charged us $200 for lighting the pilot without fixing the problem. 2 days later the pilot light went out again. We called, left messages & text with no response. It's cold & we have a 4 year old in the house. He was rude, not very communicative,and provided very little information whatsoever. We had to call someone else to actually fix the problem who also assessed potential future problems and made a customer for life. He tried to not throw this guy under the bus but essentially told us he was being lazy and didn't do anything he said he did nothing other than lightning the pilot. Altogether because of this guys laziness I ended up paying $560 for a $350 job right before the holidays. Do not waste your money with this guy!! Contacting the BBB

If I could give this business less than one star I would. I have had numerous problems with my ac unit over the last year. They installed it and have been the only ones to come here and fix it. They came out multiple times, each time screwing something else up in the process, claiming ""it wasn't their fault"". Getting them to even come out and fix the problem was a HUGE process, seeing as they ignored phone calls several times, said they were coming out and never showed up, etc. The most recent time trying to contact them about another mistake THEY made, the owner over the phone started yelling and was being very rude and disrespectful. Along with another time, it leaked through my ceiling causing water damage, and they were mad they had to come back to fix it. They have extremely poor customer service along with unqualified, ignorant employees. The owner wasn't much better to deal with either. I highly suggest using another business unless you want to deal with 8+ months of issues.

Hired them to install an ac/heating system. Have to agree with others comments here. Found him to be extremely rude and disrespectful ( had to ask him to stop yelling) because he had to come back several times to repair the system he installed. It still isn't working and we have damage to our home caused by the system not working properly. I would not reccommend hiring Quarry Hills.

Reliable, professional experts - Bill went out of his way to help me while he was on his vacation during the 4th of July weekend for an AC issue and recently performed a repair to the heating ducts.

My home setup was unfortunately done poorly by the original builder - Bill took the time to explain the issue, literally showed me the faulty part, and then performed the service promptly. I called him and he was there in less than 24 hours, working around my schedule and sending me texts around ETA which was super helpful.

I took a chance on Quarry Hills and could not be more thrilled to have them on speed dial in case of a future need or in case a friend needs a recommendation. If you want the job done right, in the most cost effective and thorough manner, give Bill a call.
