I am selling my home and was informed that a septic inspection was required. When I called and explained the need and short on time they were willing complete the inspection even though I lived further than their typical territory. The inspection resulted in a damaged distribution box which i had no idea was damaged. The showed me the issue and explained the code requirements of the overall septic system. The prepared a quote n was able to complete the project the following week knowing this was a contingency for selling my home.
