I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80s and now it's not! We are so happy and don't even think we could be happier! Qualtire came in and got rid of our big tub and everything else and put in a water closet, put in a beautiful walk in shower, new cabinets, new flooring, new paint, everything is new and beautiful and such high-quality. From the office girl to the laborers to the owner, all so wonderful and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks Qualtire!

So I hate to ever leave bad reviews but, I called this company to do N estimate for me for complete master bath remodel....a big bill I'm sure. My initial call took 2 days to return my call, when Dennis did call back I gave him some short info on what I wanted and asked if he does Saturday apps so my husband could be here...he said he didn't like to do Saturday apps since he has kids and grandkids....? Seems like a reasonable request...so he booked a Saturday app 3 weeks out. Now to finally come this Saturday he's cancelled my appt saying he'll be out of town for a few weeks and if I still need one to call him then? I called the company to see if he is the only one to do estimates and they said yes he is. Wow, if that's the case I'm sure they've lost a lot of business and they didn't seem concerned to try and help me out any further. Bummer for them I have other estimates for 12,000.00 plus for this job.

Craig came over very promptly after I called in to repair a broken bbq gas valve. He had a replacement in his truck and fixed the problem quickly and expertly, and for a very reasonable fee.

I consider this one of a very few service provider ""finds"". They also do remodeling etc. I could not be happier. Thanks again Craig.

first time using them - when I moved in 3 years ago I actually got a letter stating that they'd done work on our house before so keep them in mind if anything goes wrong. Well it finally did and they were not only able to get me in before noon to fix a main line back up back up, when a cancellation came in they called me up right away and offered to come sooner if I was home. Done in 30 minutes, everyone was nice and professional, and if it happens again in 7 days they'll come back out for free. Could't be happier.

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. A couple of hours later, the Owner (Dennis) showed up. Not to quote me...to do the work! I'm impressed! That's why I use this company exclusively on my household work. They do it all.

My wife called this morning and said we had no hot water,I even know that means the water heater is out.Called the office to see if they could install a new one by the end of the day.Craig went out and had a new one installed before noon!
