We had some issues with our toilet on Easter Sunday, and he came out and saved the day. His professionalism, and what I appreciate most about them is that they were always very honest and did not take advantage of the situation and on the holiday. It's really hard to find people like that, he was fifteen minutes early than and he was very quick with his work as well. Good service, reliable, good response time. He came in on time . He went out his way to help us buy faucet at nearby Home Depot. We are seniors and do not really know what to get. I will call him again if we need service. We scheduled already for him to flush our tankless water heater. We did not know that they need regular maintenance to prevent any issues later.

Andrew or Ronnie as he goes by is the fellow who came to change out my toilet. PROS: He was quick on the job, polite, friendly and on time. CONS: He forgot to cut the bolts and put the caps on, he also did not tighten the tank. It was left loose as if it was just placed on top. The toilet I got was basic and cheap looking. To tall and the flush is not to my liking. When he started I pointed out that I wanted the new toilet the same height as the old one being replaced, yet he installed one that was a little taller. I did let him know that at the very beginning so I asked if he could change it out for another and no dice. He mentioned that he can only install a new toilet if I bought it. So more money that I would have to spend and now I'm stuck with a toilet I don't like. He said he would install the new for free,. I suppose that's a plus but not good enough for me. He was suppose to come back to at least cut the bolts and secure the tank, I figured I would just do that myself and in the process of cutting the bolts I seen that the screws that hold the toilet down where loose, I was able to turn with my hand. Oh boy. At this point I found myself finishing off the job! In conclusion. Nothing else can be done about the toilet like exchange or whatnot, since I was unsatisfied. That was very disappointing to me. I was charged a too much for the service I got. I probably should have just done it myself. He also mentioned he would put in American standard or something like am pro yet he installed glacier bay? Like I said he is fast, polite and all but if you go with his services make sure you get what you actually want and slow him down, make sure everything is nicely secure. This is constructive criticism and is not meant to be taken in a bad way. He is young and maybe just needs more experience that's all.
